Steel Vanguard,

Why do you keep forgetting the fact that the conservative base didn't turn out for Romney because Romney isn't all that conservative. You are trying to frame this as the country being left leaning when the truth is the the USA is a center right nation.

And they won't turn out for Trump for the exact same reason. Trump is not a conservative and informed intelligent people know this.

Beat me to it.

The RINO and Mormon issues killed Romney. With Trump it's even worse. He has actively antagonized not only the party but it's sacred cows.

As for the country's leanings, DBS, you should consider this: in the 28 years since George H. W. Bush won the Presidency, a Republican has won the popular vote EXACTLY ONE TIME: 2004.

That does not speak to a center right nation.

Once more, the majority of people in this country are moderates. They switch party affiliation several times in their lives... This is the section that is going big for trump right now and is also largely democrat... This country is like 12 minor countries in one... Appalatia votes differently than the new york philly boston section... Trumps message resonates with the blue collar class, which is pilfering democrats... i think you are overselling romneys results... Evangelicals wouldnt vote for a mormon, and he wasnt charasmatic at all so he pulled nothing but establishment voters... Much like Hillary actually.....

In last night's Democratic debate, Hillary Clinton said that several times a day, she speaks to God. But never for under $100,000.

VIDEO UNEARTHED=> Pastor Calls for Execution of Gays – Then Introduces Ted Cruz at Conference

Jim Hoft Mar 14th, 2016 12:21 am 439 Comments

In November Senator Ted Cruz appeared at the National Religious Liberties Conference in Iowa, where he courted the support of the conference’s organizer, Colorado-based pastor and radio host Kevin Swanson.

Cruz was introduced on the stage by Pastor Kevin Swanson – after he called for the execution of gays at the conference.

Kevin Swanson: Yes, Romans Chapter 1 verse 32 the Apostle Paul does says that homosexuals are worthy of death. His words not mine! And I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! And I am not ashamed of the truth of the word of God. And I am willing to go to jail…

…Now my friends let me introduce to you the next candidate for the office of President of the United States, folks please make welcome Senator Ted Cruz.

That seems a bit extreme. No?

Ted’s father Rafael also spoke at the conference.

At the same conference Pastor Swanson begged God to forgive America for Harry Potter.

Democrats ought to have fun with that video clip if Cruz becomes the Republican nominee.

If Trump takes OHIO, it's over as its a winner take all state, and he might very well run the table on the rest of the states on March 15th.

If Kasich wins Ohio, the race could go on a bit longer.

Refresh my memory on the rules for that one. Butts Up and Nations I remember well from the blacktop. But for some reason I'm drawing a blank on Smear. I remember the name though...

They way I remember it, it was kind of a cross between tag and rugby. The person with the ball was "it" and everyone else would try and gang tackle him. He would either get tackled and the ball taken away or he would punt before he got caught and the next person with the ball was the queer.

They say that Kansas City cops proactively hosed down some commie protesters with pepper spray when they were just standing there outside of a Trump rally. LMAO! Breathe deep, *******! I am for preemptive tear gassing.

Yep. We used to play it when the bell rang at the end of recess. Whoever made it into building with the ball or whatever won.

Trump breaks 50% in national support

Showing little sign of a "ceiling", Donald Trump has only grown in support with the exit of Ben Carson and Marco Rubio's collapse

Little Marco could be in some trouble. He missed a record amount of votes in the senate and didn't handle his expenses properly. While this was known, Trump's add put in on the radar.

While Jeb shrunk, he didn't have a political job to defend. Marco does.

Sen. Perdue (R) Georgia, gets it...

This town is filled with well-intentioned people who believe they are doing the right thing, but far too many have lost their way after years in Washington. Politicians pay more attention to special interests groups and powerful lobbyists writing checks to their next campaign, than listening to the people back home who sent them here in the first place.

This dangerous power vacuum has fueled frustration and created an entirely new breed of disenfranchised voters who are fed up with the status quo. These are real people, their anger is palpable, and it’s not going away anytime soon.
