Elizabeth Warren - ha ha - - your 'cultural appropriation' offends me!

That's being misreported. Anyone who looks into it themselves can see that it's nothing more than a media hatchet job.

He said what he said. He let a dolt like Chris Matthews bait him into admitting a code red. Was Trump set up a bit? Sure, but now the media has too much on him and the women leaning toward voting for Trump who are not closely following things have a reason to vote against him.

You can call Rosy O'Donnell is fat, a liar and ugly and be 100% correct, but you can't say women who have abortions should be punished without a severe disclaimer attached to it.

I'm sorry Indy. I think Trump's chances took a major hit. The good news is there is time to pick another. It's time to be pragmatic about who can win and who can't and thank DT for bringing up issues on immigration, terrorism, and unfair trade policies.

Dem's cheering Trump's apparent downfall, be careful what you wish for! Kasich is beating Clinton by 6%, which is beyond the margin of error and just 4 points down in her home state of NY.

The Donald has a way of dominating every news cycle every day with something new, but what he said set all the hair on fire on all the women in the country - this should be good!

Oh, remember that long ago bru-ha-ha over some chick reporter's owie on her arm or something?

yeah - me neither

Ok, time out. I don't care who you support, this is funny. Best Trump impersonator I've seen. The Bernie is so-so.

Sorry guys, I think he blew his chances. His ego and non-filtered mouth, which could be viewed as honesty hit the 3rd rail of politics. Don't don't talk too much about abortion. Attaching a punishment to it for women with no disclaimers will scare off the female base. Now he can't win the general election.

It's months more of elections , 19 different bigger stories will be coming out every month...........it's a long ride cowboy, don't give up now

The press have free access to Trump and know he will answer anything asked. There was no good answer to this question and he should have steered clear, but that's not his way. It's truly amazing that the other candidates don't get grilled every day like him. Free Ride Bernie would have cracked under the barrage long ago.

**** happens, move on

Didn't set my hair on fire.

Not really. It goes to show what a fish bowl you guys are living in with Trump, gauging his popularity within the narrow confines of his hardcore supporters. Thank the Good Lord, this is a General Election.

Donald Trump is now the least popular American politician in three decades
http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-trump-unpopularity-20160401-story.html

For months, as Donald Trump lurched from controversy to controversy, commentators marveled that his voters remained loyal: Trump is impervious to political attack, some said.

Not so. Trump wasn't immune; analysts were just failing to look at the whole board.

Controversy over Trump has failed to dent his standing with his core supporters in the Republican primaries, but his image among the rest of the electorate has plunged.

The share of Americans with an unfavorable view of Trump is extraordinary: 68% in the most recent Bloomberg poll, 67% in the CNN/ORC survey, 67% in the ABC/Washington Post poll, 65% from Gallup. The 57% unfavorable rating he received in the most recent CBS/New York Times survey looks mild by comparison.

Over the past three decades, pollsters have asked the public how it feels about scores of political figures -- presidents, would-be presidents, governors, senators, Cabinet officials and others. Not one has been so widely unpopular as Trump is currently.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney briefly hit a 60% unfavorable rating during the closing years of the George W. Bush administration. Newt Gingrich's unpopularity exceeded 60% briefly during his unsuccessful run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012. George H.W. Bush's unfavorable level also hit 60% when he went down to defeat in his reelection effort in 1992. None of them hit Trump's level.

More than half of Americans had a negative view of Trump even before his presidential campaign began. Two factors account for how much worse his image has gotten.

He is extremely unpopular among Democrats, with more than eight in 10 viewing him negatively. But he is also unpopular among many Republican women.

Republican men tend to view Trump favorably, with 61% having a positive image of him and 36% negative, according to the latest Gallup polling. But among Republican women, the verdict is almost even -- 49% positive, 46% negative, Gallup found.

Overall, that leads to a very large gender gap in perceptions of Trump. Among all women, 70% have a negative view of him, while among men, 58% do. Having a positive view are 23% of women and 36% of men, Gallup found.

If Trump wins the GOP nomination, a key question will be whether he can do anything to change those impressions. Usually, however, political candidates' images get worse, not better, during a campaign.

While the above is likely true, you left out the most important part!

Trump has the ability to bring out his base as good as anyone in the past 30 years. His favorability rating among his base is the best in the field. If a likely voter turns out 70% of the time, a Trump voter might turn out 90% of the time. There's no poll on that, just stating as I see it.

An election, after all, is about bringing out your base, and Hillary has a high negative rating too.

Trump's vision of ideas is easy to follow, and voter frustration is at all time high.

Trump defines political gravity. While I do think he damaged himself a bit, I think he will bring out the base better than Romney did for sure.

At this point, I'm for Kasich. He can win. Kasich wins the nomination, and if elected Trump wins the bid to build the wall. A win-win.

Polls are worthless! That's what U said a hundred times Tibs!

ha ha

I want riots on tee-vee - with nightsticks and water cannons!

Bernie crowds vs. Trump crowds!

Bring it on!

I think you'll get your wish Spike, though it'll be more likely at the Republican convention which'll end up being brokered. All hell will break loose as they try to throw Trump to the wayside. Then Trump and his sexually-frustrated, 'roid rage supporters can have it out with the establishment. Fasten your seatbelts.

tibs, consider for a moment some facts:
1) we know the protesters are being paid
2) we've seen polls where trump is said to not do well
3) we've heard of violent attendees at trump rallies

couldnt those polled be the same as those prostesting? couldnt those inciting violence also be getting paid by those paying the protesters? just a ****** up little political circular game going on if you care enough to see through the charade.

And I think Bernie's crowd will go wild at the Dem convention if he loses - - or maybe Hillary drops out and we have daily clashes when its Trump vs Bernie!

You ain't seen nothing yet!

The whole world is watching! The whole world is watching!

and yes - Bernie's hippies look just like the 1968 Dem yippie crowd

Supe, that's a pretty big leap of faith to take that seriously. I mean, what are the chances these established, nationwide polling organizations are just reaching the relatively limited # of protesters. I mean we're talking about Bloomberg, CNN/ORC, ABC/Washington Post, Gallup et al. Maybe, just maybe, your boy Trump is as vastly unpopular as he seems to be, in wider, national circles. Nobody is denying his popularity amongs his hardcore base, that's a given.

come on Tibs, work with me here. i dont need to connect all the dots.

media hates trump
there are backers of other candidates paying for protesters

how difficult would it be to plant paid protesters around media vans? or know where media is going?
it's not a leap of faith anymore if you consider that someone is paying people to protest at trump rallies.

if this were on the other foot and trump was paying people to protest at bernie or hillary rallies, how well would that be received by the media? nary a ******* peep in the MSM about this.

I think Trump is beginning to lose his supporters that possess a sense of humility. Granted, they are the minority.

LMAO.....Trump is NOT a politician....so Tibs' article holds no merit.

Not hard in the least. When you look at the fact that 96% of all reporters are registered Democrats. The media is controlled by the Left.

That's why I never buy poll results. If they own the media, they own the polling, and/or can influence it tremendously. Picking and choosing happens.

You have to take all of it with a grain of salt.
