Every president gets subjected to daily widespread criticism, questioning and mockery. No way in hell will Trump be able to handle that. This should be self-evident to everyone. If elected President, he will be distracted and pre-occupied with what is being said and written about him. His press conferences will be little more than meltdowns over his unfair treatment by the media.

Now Couric is apologizing for making one of her own questions — not to Trump but to gun-rights activists — appear more challenging than it actually was.

Couric acknowledged Monday night what the Washington Free Beacon reported on Wednesday — that a documentary she produced and narrated, "Under the Gun," misrepresented her exchange with members of the Virginia Citizens Defense League.

"As executive producer of "Under the Gun," a documentary film that explores the epidemic of gun violence, I take responsibility for a decision that misrepresented an exchange I had with members of the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL). My question to the VCDL regarding the ability of convicted felons and those on the terror watch list to legally obtain a gun was followed by an extended pause, making the participants appear to be speechless."

This type of editing is common in so-called reality TV. They edit responses that had nothing to with what happened immediately prior for dramatic effect. Pretty bad when a documentary does it.

Former Employees Call Trump University a "Façade" That "Preyed Upon the Elderly and Uneducated"

Hundreds of pages of documents in a class-action lawsuit against the now-defunct Trump University were unsealed Tuesday, revealing damning testimony from former employees. Trump, who was chairman of the for-profit school, had called the judge in the case a “hater” and a “Mexican, which is great.”

One Trump University sales manager, Ronald Schnackenberg, testified that he was reprimanded for not trying hard enough to sell Trump University’s $35,000 “Elite” program . “I did not feel it was an appropriate program for them because of their precarious financial condition—they had no money to pay for the program, but would have had to pay for the program using his disability income and taking out a loan based upon equity in his apartment.”

Another salesperson with Trump U talked the couple into it, Schnackenberg testified. “I was disgusted by his conduct and decided to resign.”

“Based upon my personal experience and employment, I believe that Trump University was a fraudulent scheme, and that it preyed upon the elderly and uneducated to separate them from their money.”

The unsealed documents include both testimony from former employees like Schnackenberg and so-called “Playbooks” that outline Trump University’s business model of constantly and persistently up-selling prospective students. Some of the documents had already been made public in connection with other lawsuits or obtained by media outlets.

“You don’t sell products, benefits or solutions—you sell feelings,” Trump U salespeople were told. Also: “Don’t ask people what they THINK about something you’ve said. Instead, always ask them how they FEEL about it. People buy emotionally and justify it logically.”

The shuttered school currently faces three lawsuits: two class-action suits in California, brought by former students, and one civil suit in New York, brought by Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who has charged Trump with fraud. Scheiderman has been critical of the real estate developer’s attempts to keep the documents under seal. “You are not allowed to protect the trade secrets of a three card Monte game,” he told Politico.

The guy is up late having Twitter wars with Cruz over Twitter memes of their wives, for god's sake. He's giving national interviews on the ****. He's whining endlessly about Megyn Kelly and Katie ******* Couric. He has no chance of handling that kind of criticism.

Luckily for Trump, he doesn't want it, nor does he want the presidency. This never-ending attention and fawning from zombies like Tim Steelerfan & Co. is what he's after, but they're incapable of realizing it. They truly think he's an actual conservative Presidential candidate.

Never seen anything like this. Obama was wholly unqualified to be President, and so was/is Palin. But Trump isn't qualified to be a small-town mayor.

Venezuela's Maduro rooting for 'revolutionary friend' Sanders in U.S. campaign

Venezuela's embattled president, Nicolas Maduro, said on Tuesday night he supported Bernie Sanders in the U.S. presidential race, adding that the candidate, who describes himself as a democratic socialist, would win if the vote were "free."

Maduro, a socialist who sees himself as the political heir to his predecessor, Hugo Chavez, has long railed against the United States, blaming it for Venezuela's economic crisis and accusing Washington of attempting to topple him.
