Hillary Clinton to be Indicted on Federal Racketeering Charges

Huffington Post Writer: Editors Deleted My Article on Hillary’s Imminent Indictment

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A writer for The Huffington Post is still waiting for an explanation as to why editors deleted his piece reporting that the FBI will pursue an indictment against Hillary Clinton. Huffington Post freelance contributor Frank Huguenard, a scientist and public speaker, wrote a report for the liberal site Sunday entitled “Hillary Clinton to be Indicted On Federal Racketeering Charges.” But the piece was not up for long before the Huffington Post pulled it down and replaced it with a “404” Error screen.

“Huffpo has yet to respond to my request for an explanation,” Huguenard tweeted at this Breitbart News reporter Monday morning. “I’ve got my sources, they never asked.”

Huguenard later told Breitbart News, “I want to do another story but my HuffPo account has been temporarily disabled. Not sure what’s happening with them.”

Huffington Post Politics senior editor Sam Stein told Breitbart News that he doesn’t know why the piece was pulled.

Huguenard, an apparent Bernie Sanders supporter judging by his Twitter account, wrote that the FBI will recommend indicting Hillary Clinton on racketeering charges. Huguenard wrote:

"The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a United States Federal Law passed in 1970 that was designed to provide a tool for law enforcement agencies to fight organized crime. RICO allows prosecution and punishment for alleged racketeering activity that has been executed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise."

Uh oh.

Trump's campaign is broke
http://www.dailykos.com/stories/2016/5/31/1532693/-Trump-s-campaign-is-broke?detail=facebook

Another broke effort by serial business loser Donald Trump.

Donald Trump's campaign has alerted Senate Republicans that he won't have much money to spend fending off attacks from Hillary Clinton over the next couple months.

The notice came when Paul Manafort, Trump's senior advisor, met with a group of Senate Republican chiefs of staff for lunch last week, sources familiar with the meeting told the Washington Examiner. The admission suggests that Trump will be far more dependent on the GOP brass for money than he has led voters to believe [...]

"They know that they're not going to have enough money to be on TV in June and probably most of July, until they actually accept the nomination and get RNC funds, so they plan to just use earned media to compete on the airwaves," one GOP source familiar with Manafort's comments told the Examiner.

The way Trump earns free media is to say stupid ****. It’s impressively effective, if your job is to serially alienate most segments of the voting public.

Remember when Trump bragged about how he wasn’t beholden to anyone because it was his money funding his campaign? Apparently that was another “suggestion” from a guy who is obviously making it up as he goes along.

Yipee!

North Korea endorses Donald Trump and rejects ‘dull’ Hillary Clinton
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...nd-rejects-dull-hillary-clinton-a7057681.html

The dictatorship has described Mr Trump as a ‘wise politician’

North Korea is supporting Donald Trump as the next president of the US, citing him as “wise” and a “far-sighted presidential candidate."

The editorial in DPRK Today said Mr Trump could unify the Korean Peninsula and favoured his proposal to hold direct talks with their leader Kim Jong-un.

“In my personal opinion, there are many positive aspects to the Trump’s ‘inflammatory policies’,” wrote Han Yong Mook, who said he was a Chinese North Korean scholar.

“Trump said ‘he will not get involved in the war between the South and the North,’ isn’t this fortunate from North Koreans’ perspective?”

The businessman turned presumptive presidential nominee proposed in March that South Korea should obtain nuclear bombs and deter North Korea without US aid.

He argued that South Korea and Japan having their own weapons would reduce pressure on the US to jump to action when North Korea acted aggressively.

“There’ll be a point at which we’re just not going to be able to do it anymore. Now, does that mean nuclear? It could mean nuclear,” said Mr Trump.

The speech was welcomed in North Korea.

“Yes do it, now … Who knew that the slogan ‘Yankee Go Home’ would come true like this?” wrote Mr Han. “The day when the ‘Yankee Go Home’ slogan becomes real would be the day of Korean Unification.”

“Yankee go home” is a phrase used to express anger at Americans in a foreign land.

The editorial blasted Hillary Clinton as “dull” and criticised her for “adapting the Iranian model to resolve nuclear issues on the Korean Peninsula”.

John Feffer, a director at the Institute for Policy Studies in Washington DC, told NK News that “Pyongyang is hoping that either Trump will be elected (and follows through on his pledges) or that his pronouncements will change the political game in the United States and influence how the Democratic party and mainstream Republicans view Korean issues.”

A recent YouGov study found that Russia was the only major economy in the world that preferred the property tycoon over Ms Clinton.

State Department IG's Report On Clinton's Emails Could Lead To Joe Biden Becoming Democratic Nominee

THE THOROUGH and devastating report by the State Department’s Inspector General concerning Hillary Clinton’s emails has blasted away all the former Secretary of State’s excuses and rationales. For instance, Clinton never received legal permission of any sort for what she did. She knowingly jeopardized national security. She and her aides tried to stonewall the investigation. By the way, the IG was appointed by President Obama, so Clinton can’t claim these findings were politically motivated by a GOP holdover.

Other officials have faced serious charges for offenses far less serious.

There is a clause in Democratic rules that allows delegates for reasons of overwhelming conscience to not vote for the candidate to whom they are pledged.

Would this mean that Bernie Sanders could still get the nomination? Hardly.

Few democrats believe this self-avowed socialist could actually beat Donald Trump in the general election. As displayed in Sander’s New York Daily News editorial board interview conducted on the eve of the New York primary, the man is remarkably ignorant, despite all his years in the House and Senate. Donald Trump would make mincemeat of him.

Which leads to a once-unimaginable scenario: Democrats turning to Vice President Joe Biden to save them from certain defeat. While faithfully serving President Obama, Biden is seen as a statesman who could lower today’s feverish political temperature

ha ha

Bernie attacked by rival hippie gang!

The attacks happened Monday evening and intercepted by Secret Service agents. The agents jumped onto the raised stage to protect Senator Sanders from potential harm. According to eyewitness reports of the incident, the people who rushed the stage were also yelling aggressively.

Lyin' Liberal media gets SLAMMED for trying to smear Trump!

"He gave 100%. The liberal media is the only ones calling me on the foundation… Stop using veterans as political pawns! You have a guy outside like McCoy. Go do a Google search on him. His picture is with Clinton. It must stop! I think the liberal media need to get your head out of your butts and focus on the real issues"

Just to interject something here, the Delta Smelt is extinct in the wild. The only place they exist is in a few fish farms run by the state of California. The government of California is allowing billions of ACRE FEET of fresh water to simply run off into the pacific for zero reason. It has nothing to do with the environment, the fish hasn't existed in the wild since the 1980s. This is about feel good activism by special interest groups who donate big money to whichever Pol will kowtow to their demands.

I drive through Central California to visit my dad in Sacramento, and I have personally seen what the EPA and Federal Court have done to the farms. Hundreds of thousands of acres are now deprived of run-off water that used to be diverted through California's deltas for use in farming. I have seen hundreds - no, thousands - of apricot trees, and almond trees, and orange trees dead and gone.

The reason that literally billions of gallons of California rainfall is now required to be jettisoned into the Pacific Ocean is that the Delta smelt - which lives only in a small area of Northern California in the wetlands stretching north of San Francisco - was harmed by the filters on pumps drawing water into the delta water system.

The EPA later fought against a proposed underground system that was designed to transfer the water from Northern California (which gets a good deal of rain) to the San Joaquin Valley and Southern California (much more arid climates).

"The agency questions whether the extensive habitat restoration that is part of the project will be as beneficial as projected and emphasizes the need for adequate freshwater flows."

http://www.latimes.com/local/la-me-0829-delta-epa-20140829-story.html

So the irrefutable facts are these: California now dumps billions of gallons of fresh water into the ocean rather than divert it for use in farming in the San Joaquin Valley, because the EPA wishes to protect a fish that is present only in one small area in the wetlands near San Francisco, when in fact the delta pumps "threatened" the Delta smelt population but would certainly not extinguish the creature, and where the EPA has opposed any effort to solve the problem, short of cutting off water to Central Valley farmers.

Oh, and that portion of California is as red as a baboon's ***. Coincidence, I'm sure.

It's the libertarian candidate I have been mentioning for a couple months now.
Nope there is someone else, from the right. Will be announced next few days or sooner. I'm guessing someone like Mitt Romney.

Donald Trump is dead wrong about the ‘sleaze’ media
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...edia-when-it-comes-to-his-veterans-donations/

On Tuesday, Donald Trump finally made public an accounting of the $5.6 million in charitable donations to veterans groups he gave or raised during an Iowa speech in January. He also took the opportunity — at a news conference at Trump Tower (of course) — to lambaste the press for pushing him to be accountable on these donations.

"The political press is among the most dishonest I have ever met," said Trump. He added that he wasn't interested in getting attention for his donations but the press forced his hand — a process that revealed the media's fundamental corruptness.

Wrong.

The simple facts are these:

1. Trump said, on the night of the event, that he had raised $6 million for veterans groups. This from a CNN report of the speech:

He did it Thursday night, dazzling a crowd of hundreds of enthusiastic supporters by announcing that he had raised more than $6 million for veterans in one day — $1 million of it from his own checkbook. "We love our vets," he said.

2. Trump made the $1 million personal donation to veterans groups a week ago and only after WaPo's David Fahrenthold did a deep dive into where the promised money went. That was four months after the speech/fundraiser where Trump trumpeted that he had donated the money.

What you saw this morning at Trump Tower was the press at its best, not at its worst, as Trump said over and over again.

Here's why: Donald Trump is the Republican presidential nominee. He is one of two people — sorry, Gary Johnson! — who might be the next president of the United States. Given that, Trump has to be held accountable for the things he has done and the things he has said — both in this campaign and in the past.

If he said he raised/donated $6 million to charity for veterans group — the support of which he has put at the center of his campaign — then the media's job, LITERALLY OUR JOB, is to find out who he gave to and how much. Simply taking Trump at his word — "I'm accountable," he insisted Monday — isn't good enough.

Ask yourself this: Would you be okay with Hillary Clinton being allowed to skate with her "trust me I did the right thing" explanation (I am paraphrasing) on her email server? Would you be okay with the media simply taking her word for it that all of the emails she deleted and didn't turn over to the State Department were totally personal in nature? Or that the sole reason she set up the server was for "convenience" sake?

No, you wouldn't.

Donald Trump — or you — don't have to like the media. That's fine. But I would caution you that casting aspersions on the media for asking questions of one of the two people who will be the leader of the free world is a dangerous game.

Accountability isn't a partisan issue. Never has been. Never will be.

Laughable, that this pinhead is actually a presidential candidate.

Donald Trump Melts Down In Epic Whinefest
http://www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2016/05/donald-trump-melts-down-epic-whinefest

Donald Trump is pissed off again. Surprise! This morning he held a press conference to announce who was getting the money from his January veterans fundraiser, and immediately proceeded to tee off on the press for...lèse-majesté? I'm not sure what else to call it. Trump pretty plainly tried to avoid making the personal $1 million contribution he promised at the time, and now he's outraged about being held accountable for this. Here's a quick rundown.

1. What Trump Says Now
On why it took so long to disburse the money: "When you send checks for hundreds of thousands of dollars to people and to companies and to groups that you’ve never heard of, charitable organizations, you have to vet it. You send people out. You do a lot of work."

What He Said Then
The organizations had been chosen before the event even took place: "The night benefited twenty-two different organizations, a number of which are Iowa based Veterans groups."

2. What Trump Says Now
On the purity of his motivations: "I wanted to do this out of the goodness of my heart. I didn’t want to do this where the press is all involved."

What He Said Then
This was a publicity stunt from the start, driven by Trump's feud with Fox News: "When they sent out the wise guy press releases a little while ago done by some PR person along with Roger Ailes, I said 'Bye bye.'"

3. What Trump Says Now
On his well-known penchant for low-key philanthropy: "If we could, I wanted to keep it private because I don’t think it’s anybody’s business if I wanna send money to the vets."

What He Said Then
This might be the most laughable thing Trump has ever said. When he announced his boycott of the Fox debate, Trump explicitly made it all about ratings: "They can't toy with me like they toy with everybody else...So let 'em have their debate and let's see how they do with the ratings."

4. What Trump Says Now
On his bad press: "I'm not looking for credit. But what I don't want is when I raise millions of dollars, have people say, like this sleazy guy right over here from ABC. He's a sleaze in my book. You're a sleaze because you know the facts and you know the facts well."

What He Said Then
Trump very plainly tried to avoid making the personal $1 million donation he promised. From David Farenthold a week ago: "In the past few days, The Post has interviewed 22 veterans charities that received donations as a result of Trump’s fundraiser. None of them have reported receiving personal donations from Trump....To whom did Trump give, and in what amounts? 'He's not going to share that information,' Lewandowski said."

5. What Trump Says Now
On the media's lack of suitable gratitude: "Instead of being like, ‘Thank you very much, Mr. Trump,’ or ‘Trump did a good job,’ everyone said: ‘Who got it? Who got it? Who got it?’ And you make me look very bad. I have never received such bad publicity for doing a good job."

What He Said Then
Poor baby. Apparently the press hasn't yet gotten into the habit of kowtowing to him the way his employees do. Apparently he still has a lot to learn about running for president.

c'mon Tibs, you're leaning so far left you can't walk upright.

motherjones c'mon Tibs, you're leaning so far left you can't walk upright.
I was literally waiting to see how many minutes - or seconds - it will take someone to come along and try to discredit that article because it's from MJ. And alas, I didn't have to wait long.

The quotes in the article speak for themselves, showing with extreme clarity how Trump has pulled the wool over your eyes regarding this Veterans fund raising issue. But it doesn't matter to you. Of course it doesn't. The next time you decide to vet anything Trump does or says will be the very first time. But that's how you like your presidential candidates, nice and raw. You'll save your critical thinking and analysis for all things Bernie and Hillary. Understood.

i apologize, tibs.

after 7+ years of not being allowed to question a declared leader, it was a knee-jerk reaction.
after seeing that you waved off the actions and words of a declared leader, chalking it up to nothingness, I figured the same would apply here.
you forgot to call me a racist.
you forgot to call me a bigot.

You mean like the Washington Post's scathing editorial of six days ago, following release of the Inspector General's report, stating in part, "Hillary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server while Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013 has been justifiably criticized as an error of judgment"?

Wow ... talk about hard-hitting.

i apologize, tibs. after 7+ years of not being allowed to question a declared leader, it was a knee-jerk reaction.

Thanks, I needed a hearty laugh Supe. Yup, that's really been prevelant around here, how you all 'held back' from lambasting Obama beginning, middle and end.

"not being allowed to question a declared leader"

Now that's comedy gold. Damn, you're good. ;)

How is calling the president ''The One True Black Panther" not racist? How is the birther movement not racist? How are all the knee-slap, derogatory comments made about Michelle Obama not racist?

I don't have a problem with criticizing Obama or any other politician, but you can't argue with a straight face there are no racial overtones to the anti-Obama rhetoric here and elsewhere. Cut out the racial crap, then the criticism and poltical analysis can stand on its own and be debated on merit. Unfortunately that's rarely been the case. But no worries, Obama will be gone in a blink of an eye, thus we won't have to walk on eggshells any further.

The Black Panther is a black superhero. Calling Obama that infers that he is a superhero. He's not. He's a piece of ****. He's a racist *******, much like the Black Panthers are. So it fits.

The Birther movement questioned where Obama was born since he received financial aid as a foreign student to attend college. If he received aid as a foreign student, and was NOT a foreign student, he broke the law and bilked some other kid out of receiving financial aid to attend college. If he was a foreign student, then he does not meet the established criteria to have run for President.

**** Michelle and her hypocrisy with Obama's boyfriend's dildo.

Trump continues to get spanked by the Mexican's and that only seems to bolster his ratings.

Trump-Tool-600-CI.jpg

Mexico's former president Vicente Fox said he will meet with Donald Trump if he apologizes for his Cinco de Mayo tweet. It showed Trump eating a taco salad and saying he loves Hispanics. Of course Hispanics were first to point out that a taco salad is basically a salad surrounded by a wall.

Arizona enacted a new law which increases the penalty for blocking traffic at political protests from five hundred dollars to five thousand dollars. What a great idea. Now any time Arizona has a budget shortfall, they can invite Donald Trump to speak there and balance their budget in one rally.

This prediction just in.......

More reasons for the " Not Trump" meltdown from both sides of the isle show up every day it seems. Trumps candidacy, for better or worse, at the least is bringing a lot of secrets to light. Secrets that the Pols maybe want to remain secret.....too late.

Secret Laws Passed In The U.S. Spike Under Obama
Congress is passing fewer laws than ever—but secret laws are on the rise
http://www.vocativ.com/318400/us-secret-laws/

Secret laws often come about because of three enormous budget bills that get renewed every year, which fund some of the government’s most secretive programs and agencies: the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, the Intelligence Authorization Act, and the National Defense Authorization Act. Portions of those bills, which fund classified programs include provisions that “can reasonably be read to give a classified addendum” to U.S. law,as Rudesill found.

The study refers only to changes to U.S. law that come through acts of Congress. A president’s executive order can also shape U.S. law, as can the classified Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which secretly approves, among other things, warrants for NSA spying activities. FISA Court rulings can set hidden legal precedent, as with the post-9/11 “raw take” order, which allowed agents at the NSA, FBI, and CIA to share raw intelligence on Americans with fewer restrictions.
