Carter reminds me of Clark Haggans. He looks really active out there, but it does not necessarily translate to big results. In Haggan's defense, he did secure a starting job.

Alan Baxter was cut by the Steelers last year and is not on the roster

That sucks. He looked solid in preseason last year. I thought he out performed Carter then so that's why I figured he'd move up. **** that means we are probably stuck with Carter unless Howard Jones shows up and shows he can play some special teams!

The sad part is Haggans in his prime is better than anything on the Steelers roster, at least until Jones and Worilds show more.
