I cannot think of a single person who actually believes Biden is mentally competent. Do any SN members know of somebody willing to say, "Yeah, ol' Joe, his brain is running like a Swiss watch, he's fine mentally, no dementia there, no siree!!"??

And yet about 45% of the voting population and at least 80% of (D)ims are willing to vote for him.
