He's kinda right. I mean, right now there are 32 playoff teams

in 2008 Woodley was a beast. in 2014 I don't really care what he has to say

People here think we can be a playoff team this coming season. What exactly have we seen the past two years to make us state that as a matter of fact? They beat us the last time we played them, they have every right to feel that way. I may disagree, but it isn't any more far fetched than the Steelers being one.

So, technically, Lamar is a genius!!!!

Or he was one of the players that Ryan Clark said was smoking weed. Delusional, has the munchies, lack of work ethic...could be...just sayin'....

Great point, when put into perspective, such as that !!!!!

"Woodley says the Raiders are a playoff team"...he also says he was in great football shape the last 3 years in Pittsburgh!

I bet he and Marvel Smith were the biggest pot heads on the team, he is 6"2 was early around 255-260, but since signing the 6 yr 60 mill he was coming into camp every year in the 270's and he kept getting hurt as he thin calves could not hold 270+ lbs.
looks like since he got to the bay where weed is so accessible either from downtown oakland or san fran, he is so lost, he is gonna hate being in that division f week in week out blow out losses, that he will eat him self to obesity 6"2 330

Said a LONG time ago, Woodley didn't have the work ethic to maintain it in the NFL. Look at his physique. Then look at that of Lloyd, Porter, Harrison - muscular, shredded, fast.

In 2008 even Casey Hampton got on him vs. the Browns for "not wanting to be great", getting on him for being stuck on 11 sacks for over a month on the best Defense since the Steel Curtain days. (**** the 85 Bears and the 00 Ravens who played High School QBs). In a passing league, the 85 Bears would have been spread out to death and KILLED, like Marino did to them. They should thank their lucky stars the Pats upset Miami in 85 AFC Championship - Marino would have shredded them again.

From 2000-2011 - that defense was #1 7 times, never out of top 10. They were not a one year wonder. The only reason Packers won Super Bowl XLV is because we couldn't hit them anymore - period.

And Woodley should have been the OLB continuing the tradition of Lloyd, Porter, Farrior --- and he ate his way out of town. Lot of talent, not enough heart.

He was defending himself on Facebook, saying things like, "What did you expect me to say, that we're going to lose?" So he knows he's on a stinker of a team, he's just trying to spit-polish the turd he laid for himself.
