Federal Panel Of Judges Dismisses All 83 Ethics Complaints Against Brett Kavanaugh

A specially appointed federal panel of judges has dismissed all 83 ethics complaints brought against Justice Brett Kavanaugh regarding his conduct at his confirmation hearings.

The judges concluded that while the complaints "are serious," there is no existing authority that allows lower court judges to investigate or discipline Supreme Court justices.

I hear similar things from various places, but when I listen to Trump talk I hear a very clear communicator. Looking for examples where he speaks like an 8yr.old.

I didn't say that an 8yr. old cant communicate clearly. Eight year olds are tremendous people.
Trump misses opportunities that others wouldn't.

The tremendous video below states that Trump speaks at a 4th grade level based on an analysis of one of his speeches
But don't get me wrong. I'm so glad Trumps president, and I'll take the most tremendous president we ever had and his juvenile way of speaking over any articulate speaking politician who breaks promises and never gets anything done.

Here is a tremendous video that analyzes Trump talk.

This ******* Kimmel right of the bat implies Trump discriminates against Muslims with a loaded question.
No way would I start defending myself like Trump did. A smart articulate tremendous conservative would have shot Kimmel down right of the bat.

Ok a 9-10 year old.lol. Regardless I'm not saying an 8yr old can't communicate clearly, I'm saying his language is at the fourth grade level having a limited vocabulary.
Your link went to a Google page on 4th grade. I would like some examples of how his language is at the fourth grade level with a limited vocabulary. I haven't seen that at all, and I've heard him speak plenty of times before and during his presidency. The lefties thought he was brilliant when he was a rich donor. Nobody thought he sounded stupid on his hit TV show. Howard never thought he sounded stupid when he was one of his favorite guests. That's a bunch of bullshit made up when he became president.

Dems are really good at making serious complaints. It's facts and the truth they struggle with.

I cringe because he talks like an 8 year old, but also because he is insulting. I mean, God forbid someone disagree with him. He apparently doesn't realize where he is because in Washington DC, it is a guarantee that about half the people are ALWAYS going to disagree with him. So his answer is to call names and insult people. It's beneath him and the office. I still wish someone would take his twitter account away.

Oh please. You've got some sort of Trump derangement issues going on dude. You're still living in the primaries when Trump was retaliating with insults.

Name the last time Trump called Schumer or Pelosi names and insulted them....there has been a lot of disagreeing going on between Trump and those two ******** has there not?

And Trumps behaviour isn't about half the people in Washington disagreeing with him, it's about half the people in Washington, liberals like you and the media wanting to see Trump go down. Get your head out of your *** and see what the **** is going on. Jeezus.

I try not to read Trump's tweets. That said, I look at it this way: would you rather have a smooth, statesman-like guy in the WH who does absolutely jack ****, or a guy who sometimes acts like a teenager just hitting puberty, but actually does get **** done (or tries)? Those are our options at this point.

There's never going to be another Teddy Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan, Abe Lincoln etc. IMO. Our politicians are slowly getting worse as the lack of any real accountability continues. And, we're in the Social Media age, yay.

You take what you got, what the hell else are you going to do?

I don't listen to what he says, I watch what he does. Period.
Same for all Washington politicians.

Might just be me, but I think this guy is on to something.

It doesn't have to be an "either-or" type of thing. You can be incredibly effective without tweeting a bunch of name-calling nonsense. Just my take. Carry on.

Considering the last guy in the WH was a smoothi talking snake-oil salesman, I would gladly take the plain speaking sometimes rude Trump talk any day. At least everyone knows where they stand with him.

We finally have a politician who says exactly what he thinks, on a daily basis. And one that isn't afraid to retaliate against a dishonest media.

I love this man.

What he thinks is usually what he ends up saying, and most things out of his mouth tend to be falsehoods and lies.
Not sure what that says about you if you want a President like that.

Only if you believe the mainstream media, which I do not in any way shape or form. They love to point out that Trump tells 100 lies a week based on THEIR information and reporting. It's too bad that the amount of falsehoods, bogus narratives, omissions and outright lies they spread make Trump look like Boy scout of the Year. He can't even compare with the amount of misinformation they spew every day. They parse, dissect and chop every single thing Trump says to make it into a lie.

For instance if Trump laid out his itinerary for the day and says he has 5 meetings before lunch and 2 after lunch, but one gets rescheduled to afternoon instead, the media headline would be "Trump lies about meeting schedule, he only had 4 meetings in the morning, not five!" That's something they would paint as some ******* crisis and get the sheep that pay attention to them all wound up in a frenzy. They are playing "gotcha" bullshit games. They are no friend to the people, Trump is right on the money about that.

My feelings exactly.
Completely opposite of the libtard population, especially the media.. They listen to Trump very attentively, but only for the purpose of trying catch him say something that they can twist into something dastardly, just so that they can have their daily meltdowns and express their fake outrage over this man. They couldn't care less about what he's accomplished.

What you just said is a falsehood and a lie.

Obama was a liar. So adorable how you freaks use that word so freely when it's about Trump

Yes Trump has exaggerated, and be inaccurate at times...be it figures, events or whatever, but he only is repeating what he has heard or what someone has told him without actually doing the research. He's not knowingly and intentionally lying.

Damn him for acting human. You, me, we have all done it. State a figure or make a claim that you thought was accurate, which when you look it up tends to be exaggerated... yet not entirely false or a lie.

The jobs continue coming back...

Private companies add 213,000 jobs in January, easily topping expectations: ADP/Moody's Analytics
Companies added 213,000 jobs this month, the ADP and Moody's Analytics data show. Economists polled by Refinitiv expected payrolls to grow by 178,000.
The strong jobs growth comes even after the longest U.S. government shutdown in history.
"The job market weathered the government shutdown well. Despite the severe disruptions, businesses continued to add aggressively to their payrolls," says Mark Zandi of Moody's Analytics.

Oh I hear you, no it definitely doesn't, but realistically, look at our current options. That's all I was saying.

Trump is a salesman and talks like one. EVERYTHING he says is an exaggeration or a white lie with the truth somewhere under the surface.

When you buy a car, the salesman will tell you it's the BEST car ever and the BEST deal with the BEST interest rate you can get. The media is spending DAYS arguing over when a car salesman tells you the "Best" anything whether he's telling the truth. So what?

All of America knows you take what a car salesman says with a grain of salt. Only the media STILL hasn't figured this out. They still want to play "gotcha" on everything he says. Tibs is still counting the "lies" and "falsehoods" from some website. Not one of his voters cares. Not one.

When he says "I'm smarter than my generals", we laugh at his audacity to say it and chalk it up to Trump being Trump. The media goes crazy and thinks WW III is just around the corner, that he somehow doesn't listen to what his generals are telling him and he's going to press the red button tomorrow. The shear chasm of opinions over just that ONE STATEMENT defines our country right now. And no amount of "listening to the other side" is going to fix it.

This happens every day. We have a salesman in the White House. I don't believe a word any salesman says, so why do the American media and dumb Democrats?

Gotta be fake news, Indy. Media assured me that the government shut-down was ruining the economy!!!

I loved watching the DC news during the shutdown. “Restaurant owners losing 75% of their business during the shutdown”.

So all of these federal employees who don’t have a pot to piss in are eating out for lunch everyday. Makes sense.

He's right, you know? I would've added Racism too. They want to kill whitey.

The becoming has become, Indy. First, let's agree that Joe Manchin is as Democrat as JFK, i.e., not at all. Second, I think we can agree that not a single meaningful (D):

  • Opposes abortion in any manner.
  • Opposes tax increases - endless tax increases. Gas tax, and income tax, and property tax, oh my!!
  • Supports border protection of any type. And spare me the Schumer-speak about "sensible" border security. The (D)'s want to have immigrants overwhelm the states for purely political reasons.
  • Supports tougher penalties on criminals who violate our national sovereignty, i.e., illegals
