Sid would not be denied. He was a man possessed last night! Down two d-men, missing key guys, the Jets trying to take it to them and still managed two points. What a memorable night. I'll take it everyday and on Sundays!!

What a game. Had it all. Hard hitting, fights, Sid getting 1000, MAF made some incredible saves, then Evengi and Sid team up to win it in the final seconds of regulation..... Good stuff.
Geno sparking the team up with that hit and fight. The Pens woke up from there. It was entertaining. However I am finding this trend of OT hockey disturbing. Too much heart stops lol
Good to see Hagelin back. He did good on the PK. Murray is facing some tough shots this period so far. CBJ is matching the Pens speed right now. Weird game. Kinda feels like that game against Minnesota after thanksgiving
Pens need to keep dumping the pucks in. Columbus is controlling the middle of the ice. The Pens had a hard time getting out of their zone in the 2nd. Great opportunities on the few shifts they did get out. Especially towards the end of the 2nd, the Pens moved well. Please not another OT game

Not bad for some WBS defenseman. They held up. Both teams had great chances and tightened up on D when they could. It was a good game

Ya got it. Glad ya got to watch tonight. I missed the 1st period myself. All good though. Still plenty of hockey. Pens are in it still---still do not like CBJ lol
Pens can take them in a 7 game series. Gotta give Columbus credit for maintaining some damn good hockey play. I think they'll fizzle out eventually. Pens still have a ton of injuries which is neutering their speed game. Rust, Sheary, Shultz and Maatta were out last night.

With the standings the way they are. Probably NYR. I think Washington wins the metro and gets thumped again. They are good in the regular season, look decent enough in the post season then falter. The Pens, utilize their speed when healthy, but more often than not end up turtling the lead cause of their smaller size and play a ton of OT games. The talent is there to win OT in the post season---just stay healthy.
Columbus reminds me a lot of the 2012-2013 Ottawa Senators. A talent loaded team with blue collar playmakers and solid coaching. I just dont see them getting past the first round.
The Pens can thump NYR and I expect a 4-1 and possibly sweep series against them
