2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

karma *******. Suspend an acting job, but not a stick to the head. The NHL is a garbage league, right, Johnson?

This series turned dark quick after that hit to Crosby. This is a dirtier series than last year, when both teams just worked as hard as they could. This is more of a fight, than a hockey game. It's up to MAF to steal one more win and send the Caps packing. I'm not holding out hope to see Crosby again this season. He's probably done.

They both suck. I'd prefer the rags. Pens have their number and less physical. Only thing that kinda worries me is how exhausting this series against the caps feels. Maybe it's just cause the team lost Sid. Last nights game was a hard win. But I like the effort. Talent is there for a repeat

It turned that way cause the caps knew they were not gonna win. The caps have been playing their best hockey, Pens are playing sloppy, yet still winning.

If Sid didn't get cheap shotted --- who knows. Maybe the Pens would've won last game and the boys would've swept the paper champs. The media talks waahington up like they are some unstoppable force. I still say overrated. They're done. They invested so much in this seasons cup run. It'll be sweet to see a wounded Pens team dismantle that joke of a dirty organization

Ha! I like Zuccarello. He plays hard and is just one of those players that can score.
Lundqvist is the only one I cannot stand on that team. Hall of fame goalie, but drama queen antics.

The few players who have me about to jump through a tv:
-Marchand(Bos)
-Burns(SJ) -- I was pissed when he was punching Sid in the back last season when Sid was skating circles around
-Hartnell(CBJ) -- pretty bitter feelings to his flyer days
-Dubinsky(CBJ) -- dirty
-Oshie(WAS) -- like Zuccarello he can score. But he's a punk and dirty
-Tom Wilson(WAS) -- punk. Dirty
- any Ovie era caps player

Not sure I have bitter feelings towards Zuccarello just yet lol

I wish we lived closer MTC, I'd love to sit back, crack some ice cold seltzers (I'm cutting back on my beer intake, now I'm only trying to drink at breweries), and watch a game with you. Seems like we enjoy the same things about watching this team.

I will state, I don't think the shot on Crosby was an intent to knock him out. It's a speed of the game thing where Niskinen reacted, brought his stick up and Crosby ducked into it. Kind of like what happens when James Harrison is targeting your waist and you drop your head. KO... It sucked, but if he really wanted to kill Sid, he would have hit him higher and harder.

Now that Sid was knocked out, the Caps fans couldn't be happier. You'd think they already won the cup here. Then they lost last night...

The Pens own King Henry. They will bury him. OTT on the other hand, could be a handful. They've played the Pens really hard this season. Would be a good series, regardless.

They need to win Sat to rest up and put the end to the President Trophy frauds. I want to see the handshake line sooner rather than later.

Heard this morning that Jason Botterill is first on Buffalo's list for their next GM. I really hope the Pens retain him to succeed Jimmy R. He's a smart, young hockey mind.
 
I slept extra well last night.

Love seeing the caps mold in a corner. Let's end this in DC. I want their fans to use Clinton-level excuses as to why they lost to a wounded Pens team.

If he need additional rest, they will certainly give it to him. I have no doubt they will treat him with kid gloves. They are playing with house money winning last night and can afford any additional time he may need. Sid will come back when he's ready

Fleury steals game for Pens

The Pittsburgh Penguins’ goaltender was brilliant again on Wednesday night and was the only reason the team won. He stole the game for the Pens with huge saves

Yep since they only need to win 1 out of 3 I say with 100 percent certainty he should set in game 5, and if need be even game 6 if necessary.

If they had lost last night it would be a different scenario.

Lol. Mario gets a pass in my book too.

After digesting last nights win. Pens can repeat. I woke up really --- optimistic? This morning. Pens win, my family is healthy, steelernation is rockin. MTC feels too good lol
 
With a 2 day lull in the action maybe we should debate some topics on the more serious side of things.

Who is hotter Katheryn Tappen or Jamie Hersch?

They could both eat crackers in my bed....

Crosby will be back Saturday. I think he was held out of game 3 and game 4 as a precaution because of his history. He is back on the ice today. They have tomorrow off as well. Barring a set back, I would bet money he plays Saturday.
