2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

Spike will be alright. The guy is a trooper. Not easy being a Pens or Steelers fan. Always high expectations as a fan lol. But having played both sports, I understand how athletes can feel "pressured". Especially in a sports town like Pittsburgh --- yeeesh! Pressure lol

I'm thinking/hoping if Sid sits on Sat and we come back to PPG for game 6, that may be enough time for Sid to come back to close them out. Like I said, I'm really hoping it works out and he feels good for the scenario to happen. No Sid in WASH is mighty tall order. We should get an update on him and Sheary on Friday.

Definitely do it. Who knows how much longer he'll be calling games. Forget trying to watch the video feed. It's nearly impossible to sync the two. Just listen and watch with your imagination. Sounds weird I know but try it.

that delay drives me crazy. I love Mike, but I can't do it and I've tried. NBC are wankers. Hate having to listen to them whine and harp on things.

I think they can get it done in Washington. The guys need to settle down and play some hockey. Especially the top lines. Malkin is trying too much, which is expected trying to fill in as that captain role. I liked Guentzel's, Kessel's, Rust' and Kunitz's chances today.

Tighten up on D and clear the puck. The caps brought it again but still falter in the end. That has to play with their confidence. Trotz even looks like he doesn't have an answer anymore. His expressions let of worrisome

The Caps are done. I think the Pens will win on Saturday with or without El Sid

Yea, I know they can do it, but WASH is a tough place to play and win at, esp three in a row there. With Fleury, they will have a great chance to close them out.

What!!! You know you'll be pissed as **** along with the rest of us if we're not watching (or hearing) them circling the rink with that big f'n transmission looking trophy over their heads. I want two in a row.

I'd be disappointed. But not pissed. It was pretty cool to see the team battle through so much injuries and getting a look at the WBS guys in the regular season. Seeing Sid score 1000 career points. There is a lot to be proud of if the guys end up falling short. This series is taking a lot out of our guys. Played two big and physical teams in the jackets and caps. Knock the caps out and I'm damn proud of the effort given this season

We'll see young one. We'll see. A game 7 loss in the conference finals on a chump goal might cause you to throw grandma out the window. ;)

Dreading that scenario. I may throw grandma out the window and beat her like a rented mule. This series against the caps is taking a lot out of me too lol. MTC is just enjoying the ride right now
 
They stole one tonight. That was some truly horrible defensive play at times. Thank god MAF has played one of the best series of his career so far. I mean honest to god have you guys ever seen this team play this bad through stretches of any playoff games? And they are up 3-1....

And to add to the absurdity, did anyone catch the post game opinion's that Bonino deserved to be suspended for embellishment?...

You just can't make this stuff up....

Who said that? Milbury? He's a dick. I was on the road and listened to Lang and Bourque.

The Rags and Sens both suck. They are where they are because of every team in that half of the bracket is ****. Good move by the Rangers. Whoever win the Pens/Caps series could be out of gas until the ECF. I still think the Pens close out either of those teams in 6 or less. We will see.

I think it was Johnson on NHL network post game. Pretty sure. I was listening in between other stuff and he said something to the effect that the NHL needed to look at this and change the rules to possibly suspend players that get caught doing that.

This after the best player in the NHL gets slashed, cross checked, and injured without any suspensions and everyone spends two days talking about how it was just a "hockey play" lol.
