2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

They are playing horrible in our own end in general. 90% of that period was WASH domination. They cant keep playing with fire. Need to do simple things like just get the puck out of the zone. We are supposed to be the speed team, but it sure doesnt seem that way
 
Why did Cole try to pass that? Why not shoot and hope for a rebound?
 
You all need to listen to the radio play by play. It really doesn't sound that bad with Mike Lange calling the game
 
They look like hell. They will lose if they keep playing like this.
 
How are the caps entering / setting up in the zone so easy. There is no resistance.

Very odd game. They gave the caps every chance under the sun to win it. Oh well **** em.the craps have to win 3 in a row to win now. Pens are in a good spot...next
 
Crazy game. Pens stole one. They were so timid this game. Not sure why. They sat back and decided to luck out. I call it karma for the Crosby injury.
 
Any "local" rumors regarding Sid's ability to get back in the short-term?

Bad defense. A lot like an extension of game 2, where the caps had every chance imaginable. Tom Wilson is a dirty prick. But I thought the game was tame in cheap hits. I think the refs were feeling the heat
 
Mike called it with about 5 minutes left he said the Caps had given it all they had and he thought they were running out of gas. I hope you all heard his call on Flowers save with about 7 minutes left. He was as jacked up calling that save as he is with calling a Pens goal. He does a great job of helping the listener visualize what's happening on the ice.

Screw NBCSN, I'm having a better time listening to what's happening on the ice.

NBCSN was horrible. Pierre wouldn't shut it when Bonino took that "high stick". Was it a penalty? No. But given the last game-About even.

I need to give Mike a listen over nbcs---blah
 
Someone better call brother Spike in off the bell tower before he hurts someone or himself. :cool1:
 
Wheeeeeeeeew! I was a nervous wreck all game. Tried to stay positive throughout, but their shotty play made it hard. They held on for dear life and survived. I don't know how, but they did it!

The Bonino penalty was a make-up for the missed Guentzel high stick, the D men slowing up for icing and last game. Screw them! The Flower was amazing! The shot blocking was amazing. I'm drained. Got to rest up for Sat. The Pens do, but so do I. . .

GO PENS!!!!!! 9 to go!

I only read the reports by Pens inside scoop on twitter. I'd like to know too. I'll say. If the Pens can close this series out on saturday. I think this team can hang with the rags or sens and hope for a return by Sid in the final. If not, I'd be just happy eliminating the Caps and if the Pens lose next series --- oh well. I've enjoyed a great cup run last year. I'd love to repeat. But also at the same time; losing to the rags/sens won't sting. I just want to knock the dirty caps out
