Damn I was sitting here thinking if we don't score before the end of this period this game is over...bam..bam..damn Sid. That last angle was just sick..They're still in it..

Pens App or use I Heart Radio. There is a list of Pens radio stations on their website. We had to check 4 or 5 radio stations to get one that was in sync with the game. Drives me crazy when I can't find one that matches up.

Was a pretty good game until the ending. Hattie for Sid. Other than that, nice effort, but fell short against a really good team. Congrats to the Avs for a little home cooking from the refs at the end. Onto Philthadelphia!

It's not often see you hats on the ice for a visitor with a hat trick. Pens Proud!
 
As for the game last night. I think we all kinda expected a loss. Had the Pens done anything in the first period the outcome may have been different.

Sid is ridiculous. Right now he has the team on his back. Problem is that it is pretty much all Sid. I always wonder how Malkin can all but disappear.

Jarry is too easily distracted. Defense allows opposing forward to park in front of the net. Just like Murray he loses focus. What happened to the days when if you were in front of the net you paid a price. Look at how Hornqvist is attacked when he posts there. I like Jarry and think he has some promise but when weakness shows, other teams will exploit.


I look forward to the AVs game in Pittsburgh.

I don't blame Letang. The Avs don't bother me though. They have a fast group.
The Pens gave them a run in the 3rd. Need more help for Sid. For the most part I am liking the gritty play of the 3rd and 4th lines. Brassard is getting chippy
 
has anyone put an APB for Geno? I really didn't know he was playing until the end of the 2nd period or 3rd. That's troubling he disappears like he can. We need Horny and Schultz back.

I'm not sure what his deal is. He can do great things when he wants to and other times you wouldn't know he's in the lineup other than lazy turnovers.
 
Jarry is still a step down. Like the guy. Hoping for the best for him. I like the other guys play so far,just not if it stays at current levels.

As for Geno, that's what you get. Sometimes he's superman and other times he's geno.
