If I thought that they could get Frazier at 51, I would be OK with passing on JPJ at 20, but I'm not sure that will happen.

Amarius MimsOT Georgia - I've said my piece on the topic. OT is a higher value that OC, IMO, so I went w/ the obvious choice...
51.

T'Vondre SweatDT Texas - I wonder if we selected an NT from Texas in the past??? Duh...

Zach FrazierOC West Virginia - I can't believe the angry mountain man is still here - RUN, FORREST RUN!!!

Edgerrin CooperLB Texas A&M - Ahhh, an elite ILB from the SEC...and he's got pedigree (not the dog food)...

Brenden RiceWR USC - Say it with me "Jerry Rice is his daddy". And we did alright w/ JuJu for a while from USC.

Ro TorrenceS Arizona State - Big guy. Reminds me of Cam Chancellor in his play.
195.

Joe MiltonQB Tennessee - Need more competition in the QB room. Plus I want to call Supe (live) just after this pick if it happens 🤣🤣🤣

Just don't see Sweat the same ways some others do. Just don't see that as a great need meeting whatever playing time he would see early. Which is what this team needs more early contributions.

They brought in a DE and resigned a NT. If all things are fairly equal I think T and C is seen earlier than DT.

IMO, other than Barton, our other DL guys are "just a guy"
Cam's aging and this could be his last season. Leal has been rumored to being shopped after having taken a step back. I'm all for Leal resuming his play on the DL, though.

I agree. But you have two starters and two backups VS no starting C and a T position that needs attending to. This is what the Steelers have given us, a tilted array of BPA need. If things were less tilted I would see a DE or maybe even a pass rusher early. But do they really have the luxury with what they have invested in D VS what they haven't on O?

yeah, but if i'm given the option of a top 5 DT or the 8th best Center...

as a challenge, do some mocks without taking a Center any earlier than round 5. You will end up with much better players and it will show just how much the need for Center will have a huge cost in this draft.

Yeah but go into the season without a viable C and it could be an even greater cost.
