I'm not a doctor, but I wonder if Hillary is slightly over medicated at times when she has to appear to avoid " episodes ", and then has to rest a bit to recover from it.
Something's definitely up with her health and stamina. While Obama redefined being the President on the back nine of a golf course ( and playing horribly ), Clinton isn't up for the task period. The Presidents schedule is very, very busy and stressful.

Donald Trump said on Thursday that the American people will discover "what's going on" with Hillary Clinton when the Republican and Democratic nominees meet on the debate stage next week.
The Republican nominee delivered the ominous message on Fox News, while saying he intends to remain calm during the presidential debate Monday.
"We'll stay cool, I mean we'll see what happens with her and we'll see what's going on with her because there's something going on that a lot of people are trying to figure out," Trump said. "And we're just going to see what it is."

Hillary refuses to take neurocognitive test
Hillary Clinton won’t be taking a neurocognitive test, and releasing the results to the public — telling a reporter “there’s no need for that,” even after collapsing as she was leaving a 9/11 memorial event last week in Manhattan.
Clinton made the comment, suggesting she will not be releasing any further medical information this presidential campaign, in an interview Wednesday with Florida’s WFTS ABC Action News.

That was years ago....I've seen a person go from perfect health to the grave from cancer in months. From running marathons in April to wheelchair bound by a stroke in July.
if Trump asks about her cough, Hillary will ask Trump about his impending arkancide.
