Stop. We struggled against USF, in a phucking hurricane, playing our 3rd and 4th string QBs during the game. We didn't lose to Auburn - a comeback win is still a win (oh, if you doubt that then take away 6 of the Steelers' wins this season).

Bama beat the #1 team in the country. NO ONE else can claim that. They also had the 5th hardest schedule in all of college football.

Sit back and relax. The committee made the right choice at the top 4 teams...

Based on who these teams are right now, committee got it right. Would have loved to have seen 'Bama left out just for the wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Then the season doesn't matter. Just have a bunch of people in a room pick their 4 favorites. First, we have no idea if FSU is not as good as any of the others. If one thing is clear there are ZERO truly great teams this year. Every team is beatable. FSU is winning the same way as MIchigan with defense and an offense that does just enough.

I do think FSU could beat any of the 4 teams because their defense is legit.

Regardless, they earned it on the field. I don;t care if they get in and get blown out by 50. The reason college football is great is because it has the most meaningful regular season of any sport. Not anymore.

There’s a committee to select teams. We knew it would be this way, I don’t quite understand why people are surprised with FSU being left out. This won’t be an issue next year. Bottom line is they got the best 4 P5 champs.
