That democrat fundraiser in California where donors and politicians didn’t have to wear masks but “the help” did is all you need to see to know we were being snowed. And there are plenty more examples of mask hypocrisy on top of that.

Dipshit. There may have been some "at-risk" folks that Covid shots helped, though international data (like India) suggest that may not be true.
But there are clearly the vast majority of the population that were both never "at risk" from anything worse than normal flu AND a prescribed shot that did not materially affect that almost zero risk, except to pose health threats from an un-necessary, unsafe drug.

Stay on topic, Dim! You said you offered more than just Ivermectin as a reason why Africa had a low Covid death rate. What was it? Low vaccination? How does low vaccination of an effective vaccine improve the death rate? Again, you’re totally incoherent.

A dozen scientists from around the world conducted a massive metastudy of our efforts to fight COVID, as well as similar efforts to fight the flu, and they published the results in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.

The authors examined 78 different studies on the efficacy of different mitigation efforts such as masking, distancing, screening, quarantining, and hand-washing. How did these interventions affect the spread of the flu, COVID, or similar viruses?

The studies included were diverse. They covered epidemics as well as periods of low transmission. They covered rich countries and poor countries, suburban schools and inner-city neighborhoods, hospitals and villages.

Most important was what they had in common: They were all randomized controlled trials or at least cluster-RCTs. These are the gold standard for studies because they have the greatest chance of avoiding confounding factors. Non-randomized, non-controlled trials — for example, observational studies — can be compromised if, say, people become more likely to wear masks at times or places that already have higher rates of spread, or if people who wore masks were also more fastidious hand-washers.

So, what did the studies find?

For starters, hand-washing was effective in stopping the spread of these illnesses. That’s not surprising.

But here’s the most eye-opening finding: “Wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of influenza‐like illness/COVID‐19-like illness compared to not wearing masks.” In other words, masks didn't do much — if anything.

It’s possible that a community could drive down spread if everyone wore well-fitted high-quality masks such as N-95s or respirators, but there is no conclusive evidence that it does.

A scary situation unfolded on Friday during the second round of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

A caddie for one of the amateurs playing alongside pros Beau Hossler and Max McGreevy collapsed on the 11th hole of Pebble Beach Golf Links, according to Paolo Uggetti of ESPN.

Geoff Couch and Lukas Nelson are the amateurs playing with Hossler and McGreevy.



Uggetti reported that the caddie was receiving CPR while being taken to an ambulance. He also chronicled that PGA Tour rules officials were encouraging Hossler and McGreevy to resume play, but neither Hossler nor McGreevy were comfortable doing so.

Uggetti also reported that PGA Tour officials offered to let the players step aside so other groups could play through, but McGreevy told Uggetti that he couldn’t see his group resuming Friday.

But a new study published last month by the National Institutes for Health suggests “a protective role” for a tiny yellow pill that costs almost nothing.

Before we go on, understand that I’m one of those crazy million-supplements-a-day people. We’ll get to that in a second, but first, let’s look at the science behind vitamin D and COVID.

You can buy a year’s worth of vitamin D supplements for about $12 on Amazon. January’s NIH meta-analysis shows that taking it “results in a decreased risk of death and ICU admission.”

It would be fair to note that a lot of people (including Yours Truly and actual doctors and scientists) have touted the benefits of vitamin D for a long time. But this is the first time I’m aware of that the NIH has published a study of this size regarding COVID and vitamin D’s “beneficial effect in preventing acute respiratory infections and reducing their complications.”

“Regarding ICU admission,” the study continues, “Figure 2 shows a strong association between vitamin D interventions and protective effect on ICU admission.”

In addition, “Figure 3 shows a significant protective effect of vitamin D administration on mortality.”

It isn’t just COVID, either. “Various studies conducted before the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic showed that patients who received vitamin D supplements had a lower risk of acute respiratory infections and a shorter duration of symptoms.”

I remember Jimmy Dore did a video on Biden getting his Vax on TV. Dore pointed out that the nurse did not administer the shot correctly. Probably cuz it was just saline or something.

The Pfizer Director appears to be worried that over time, more information may become known about the COVID vaccine’s potential side effects.

“I hope we don’t find out that somehow this mRNA lingers in the body and like — because it has to be affecting something hormonal to impact menstrual cycles,” he said.

“I hope we don’t discover something really bad down the line…If something were to happen downstream and it was, like, really bad? I mean, the scale of that scandal would be enormous.”
