Good story though. My wife and I voted for Dutch in 80 even after the polls back East had closed and the outcome was known. Hadda do it. And 39 years later we can still say 'we voted for Dutch twice!'.

Same exact thing is happening to Virginia. We need our own wall to protect us from nearby DC.

**** is getting scary, food's not enough and salaries can't keep up with the food prices, now the govnmt decided to take over the supermarkets to put fixed prices in everything, which will cause scarcity and desperation. Markets are going to close out after their inventory is over because they won't have the money to replenish them.

How can this be? Cuba and Venezuela are socialist nations that some on the USA left aspire to be like.


I live in a neighborhood with a few people from Cuba and Venezuela. They had enough money to escape, and they love for America towers over those who jump border fences to be here.


The Cuban ( Older ones ) and Venezuelan ( People under 40 ) stories are mostly the same. They took the guns and came for our bsuiness, land, and wealth. The two groups are now closely aligned and stand with each other in marches or protest.


The leftist socialists, under the guise of military song men, of course, seized all the wealth for themselves, and use food, water, and medical supplies as a bargaining chip to keep the people who unable to flea their nation in check.

Venezuela is an iron clad argument in favor of the second amendment, I’ll say that. If you willingly give up your right to defend yourself in favor of virtue signaling, knowing what is happening in Venezuela, you deserve what you get. While I feel horrible for the suffering of the people there, this should be a lesson to freedom loving people everywhere. Do not give up your rights. Even if you don’t like them.

It’s not about killing foreigners. It’s about assassinating foreign leaders. Explicitly against the law. Executive order 12333, signed by Reagan in 1981. It was an order originally signed by Carter I think, and Reagan added rules. While there is other stuff in there, political assassinations of foreign leaders is against the law.

We'd spend billions of dollars and accomplish nothing. Then we'd get lectured about how the entire country is now our responsibility because we interfered. Then million of them will come here. Also Juan Guaido isn't a great guy either. He was a socialist. Who knows what he is now? There is nothing happening in Venezuela that isn't happening in Mexico except the government is doing it instead of the cartels.
