LC Greenwood is the second most accomplished player on that line and a member of the NFL all decade team for the 70’s

I was 17 when LC was drafted and had a summer job as a caddy at Westmoreland Country Club. One of the members from Squirrel Hill, they all were, was excited about this 10th round pick that I never heard of, but quickly picked up on. LC needs to be in the Hall.

The3 HOF isn’t near what it was originally intended for as this day and age…….. it’s becoming a popularity pick instead of true talent picks.

I loved the Superstars shows when I was a kid. I will always remember Brian Oldfield v Lynn Swann in the 100 yard dash. Oldfeild is huge shotputter and hangs in there for hailf the race.

Franco had some burst there. I think outside of Pittsburgh and its fans him and LC are greatly underrated to this day.

He was great basketball player at the charity events he was always the best player on the court. just a really cool guy. if they had free agency we probably wouldn’t have kept him he always felt in was in mean joe greene‘s shadow, which he was, but damn he was good! One of the great inside-outside tandems up there with deacon Jones- Merlin olsen.
