Nope, Unitas was cut in the 1956 preseason and Morrall was drafted by the 49ers in 1956 and traded to the Steelers in 1957

Morrall was not drafted by the Steelers. He was drafted by the 49ers in 1956 and the Steelers traded 2 #1 picks for him a year later.
