So there is definitive proof of such a high amount of meddling/cheating that kept Trump from winning in a landslide? Definitive.....not random tweets, opinion pieces, random articles, but definitive proof of HIGH levels of shenanigans.

Elections officials in Michigan and Wisconsin could not explain Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s sudden and dramatic vote tally increase that occurred in both states Wednesday morning.

When asked at a Wednesday press conference how this occurred, Michigan Department of State spokesperson Aneta Kiersnowski told reporters “We cannot speculate as to why the results lean one way or another.”

This is particularly concerning considering Republicans led in mail-in ballots requested and mail-in and in-person ballots returned leading up to and at the start of election day.

According to NBC News on election day before the polls opened, in Michigan, Republicans led 41% to 39% in Mail-in Ballots requested. Republicans also led 42% to 39% with Mail-in and in-person ballots returned.

In Oakland County’s 15th county commission district, a fixed computer glitch turned a losing Republican into a winner. A computer error led election officials in Oakland County to hand an upset victory Wednesday to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican a day later. The incumbent, Adam Kochenderfer appeared to lose by a few hundred votes, an outcome that seemed odd to many in his campaign. After the apparent computer error was found and fixed, Kochenderfer ended up winning by over 1,000 votes.

There were many other confirmed errors, including in Virginia where 100,000 extra votes were tallied for Joe Biden, and more may be revealed as the weeks go on.

In Wisconsin on election day before the polls opened, Republicans led Mail-in Ballots requested 43% to 35%, and Mail-in and early in-person ballots returned 43% to 35%. Almost ALL of the ballots found, while most in the country were sleeping, after they officials stated they would stop counting, were for Joe Biden.

Senate and House Races Compared to Presidential Seem Curious

Others have taken a look at ballot numbers in important states with no down-ballot votes, versus states that are not swing states, and noticed a disturbing trend.

In Michigan, Trump received 2,637,173 votes while the GOP senate candidate received 2,630,042 votes. The difference here is only 7,131 which is not far off from what we see historically. In the same state, Joe Biden received 2,787,544 votes while the Democratic senate candidate received 2,718,451. The difference is 69,093 votes which is much higher than the historical norm.

In Georgia, it’s even worse. President Trump gained 2,432,799 votes, while the GOP Senate candidate tallied 2,433,617 votes. This is a difference of only 818 votes. Joe Biden in contrast gained 2,414,651 votes, while his Democratic Senate candidate tallied 2,318,850 votes. This is a difference of 95,801 votes.

In many counties and states across the country, including in those called for Biden or where Trump is now trailing, Republicans substantially overperformed what was projected. NBC estimates Republicans may ultimately end up gaining as many as eight seats.

In Cuyahoga, Ohio, Joe Biden only had a net gain of 4,000 votes compared to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 performance, yet at the same time had a net gain of almost 70,000 in Wayne County Michigan. Numbers like this are unprecedented and highly questionable. Some economists have even expressed their confusion regarding what happened in Wayne county and Milwaukee in the dead of night.

The guy ran an investigation by using Michigan's publicly-available registry, found more than 10,000 votes by dead people ... before Michigan shut down the site.

Go to the twitter account. The guy who wrote this has access to Georgia voter roles, ran two inquiries, the first where he did NOT exclude those who had moved from the listed voters on the registrations on file (total voters Fulton County, i.e., Atlanta) 842,486 and the second where he DID exclude the "movers" from the count of people on the voter rules (total 710,454), a difference of 132,000.

Why does this matter? Because those are 132,000 names of people who had moved from Fulton County but were still eligible for a ballot. Or maybe two.

This all has to be certified........ballots to match the votes. How exactly would they be able to destroy such a large amount of ballots before certification?

Unfortunately, for mail-in ballots and absentee ballots, the poll worker separates the ballot from the envelope, where the envelope has the verifying signature, so that the ballot can be fed through the vote counting device. Once that is done, there is zero ability to check the signatures.

The ship has sailed. I presume the fairly detailed declarations provided so far have provided concrete evidence of very specific voter fraud and how it's done.

The plaintiffs allege the following illegal activities:

• Ballots were counted even though the voter's name did not appear in the official voter rolls.
• Election workers were ordered not to verify voters' signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.
• Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020, deadline.
• Defendants used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the Qualified Voter File and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.
• Defendants coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. Election workers would go to the voting booths with voters to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.
• Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.
• Defendants refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.

Michigan radio host Steve Gruber first reported the lawsuit, which includes a sworn affidavit from Jessy Jacob, a longtime employee of the city of Detroit.

In her affidavit, Jacob says that she was assigned to work in the Elections Department for the 2020 election. In September, she worked at the election headquarters processing absentee ballot packages. Her work on the election continued through November 4, when Jacob says she was told to leave the TCF Center in Detroit, where ballots were being counted, because she raised too many questions about what was happening around her.

Beginning in September, Jacob claims that she and 70-80 other poll workers were instructed by their supervisors to alter the mailing date of absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. Additionally, she says she was told to instruct voters to cast their ballots for Democrats and Joe Biden, even accompanying them into the voting booth to do so. In October, after being transferred to a satellite location where she processed voter registrations and issued absentee ballots for people to vote in person, Jacob claims she was told not to ask for a driver's license or any photo ID when a person was trying to vote, in violation of Michigan voter ID laws.

Jacob claims she witnessed "a large number of people" who came to the satellite location to vote in person after they had already applied for an absentee ballot. She says these individuals were allowed to vote in person but were not required to return their mailed absentee ballot or sign an affidavit that the voter lost the mailed absentee ballot.

Zachary Larsen, a former Michigan Assistant Attorney General and Republican poll watcher, was the second witness to file a sworn affidavit alleging fraudulent activity in Wayne County. Larsen alleges that Michigan's Qualified Voter File (QVF), an electronic system that keeps track of legal voters, was fraudulently used to assign ballots from unknown individuals to eligible voters in the system who did not cast votes. He claims "this appeared to be the case for the majority of the voters whose ballots I had personally observed being scanned."

while i can agree with Wig in that our votes have been determined to be essentially not worth the paper they're printed on, I still cling to the hope that this is an invalid opinion.

for a long time, i've felt that your vote didn't really matter and that there was a higher power that had already pre-determined the winners of the elections. We can see this in THIS election, while it was on cruise control before Trump ****** it up. So the machine went to work. Impeachment calls, non-stop daily rhetoric to besmirch the sitting President, 24/7 coverage of every time the man farted or jerked off. The media was in overdrive with one mission to accomplish - destroy the public perception of Donald J Trump. We all know that the media is owned by a handful of people, and even the differing news channels are owned by the same person. The news plays the public like puppets. Like blue? look over here. Like red? This is where you should look. While there were some red/conservative news channels just to feign faux resistance of the blue, the blue news vastly outnumbered them. Thus, the voices were louder and more robust. Facts were only facts as the lies they were built upon were repeated so often that it was silly to think that two wrongs wouldn't be right. Yes, we're living in 1984. now.

we do have a glimmer of fleeting hope. that is that the people who ARE being eviscerated in the media will continue to fight. while we pretend they're fighting for US, we know they're fighting for themselves. 3.In summary, this Complaint raises numerous instances of fraud, including, but not limited to:

a. Defendants systematically processed and counted ballots from voters whose name failed to appear in either the Qualified Voter File (QVF) or in the supplemental sheets. When a voter’s name could not be found, the election worker assigned the ballot to a random name already in the QVF to a person who had not voted.

b. Defendants instructed election workers to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.

c. After election officials announced the last absentee ballots had been received, another batch of unsecured and unsealed ballots, without envelopes, arrived in trays at the TCF Center. There were tens of thousands of these absentee ballots, and apparently every ballot was counted and attributed only to Democratic candidates.

d. Defendants instructed election workers to process ballots that appeared after the election deadline and to falsely report that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.

e. Defendants systematically used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF after the election and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.

f. On a daily basis leading up to the election, City of Detroit election workers and Great Lakes Justice Center employees coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. These workers and employees encouraged voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. These election workers and employees went over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.

g. Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.

h. Defendant election officials and workers refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.

i. After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed.

j. Defendant election officials and workers allowed ballots to be duplicated by hand without allowing poll challengers to check if the duplication was accurate. [This is done if the original ballot is unreadable by the ballot processing devices, but REQUIRES witnesses from either side to insure the process is fair and accurate.] In fact, election officials and workers repeatedly obstructed poll challengers from observing. Defendants permitted thousands of ballots to be filled out by hand and duplicated on site without oversight from poll challengers.
