To repeat. How is challenging something in court unconstitutional?
LOL, the answer is right there, in front of your nose.

Hunter Biden, the son of President-elect Joe Biden, said in a statement Wednesday that the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware is “investigating my tax affairs,” putting his financial dealings in the spotlight, as his father builds his administration.
Hunter Biden said he takes the matter “very seriously” and is “confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately.”
The Justice Department declined to comment on Wednesday.
Oh, the irony.

I think Dems are worried these lawsuits will actually start winning once they get past liberal lower level courts. It’s actually pretty cut and dry the PA violated the constitution. There is no possible argument against it. That’s why there is so much energy put into silencing and ridicule.

I'm sure all 35 hated when he got it in 2016, calling him President of the Divided States of America, a legacy he inherited from Bammy. And a telling statement on calls for Unity and how the media does not, never has, never will call for Unity when a Conservative takes the White House. They divide from day 1.
Nothing to see here. The Swamp is deep and alive.
AG Barr knew about Hunter Biden probe for months: report
The Wall Street Journal reports that Barr worked to stop details being disclosed to the public
Attorney General William Barr reportedly knew about investigations into Hunter Biden’s business and financial dealings for months and worked to stop them from being disclosed to the public during the election campaign.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Barr was aware of investigations involving President-elect Joe Biden’s son since before the spring and has resisted pressure from Republicans in Congress for information into the investigations...[more inside]
The supreme court has rejected the Texas case....
So now what? Space court?
Supreme Court just summarily told Trump and the GOP to **** right off. I guess we still get to have a country, for a few more years at least.
