Trump should have the warrant, so he should publish it. If the government gave a deadline for the return of the documents and Trump refused, then he just brought this on himself.
I have no doubt they would. They've done it enough. If you think the FBI won't plant evidence in the files they took you are nuts.
The hypocrisy from the two parties is rich!
Dems "Defund the police!"
Republicans: Booooo, not all cops are bad
Republicans: "Defund the FBI!"
Dems: Booooo, just doing their jobs
At some point, people will see that there aren't two parties

Wouldn't surprise me if Trump told the government, I'm not returning the documents, if you want them, come get them.

However, the search warrant was reportedly limited to finding presidential records as well as evidence of classified information being stored at Mar-a-Lago, the Post reported.FBI agents scoured Melania Trump’s wardrobe and spent several hours combing through Donald Trump’s private office, breaking open his safe and rifling through drawers when they raided the former First Family’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida Monday morning.
All her panties are now missing. The important question here is did they take her solid gold magic wand?

FBI agents reportedly searched through former first lady Melania Trump’s wardrobe during Monday’s raid of Mar-a-Lago, the Trump family’s residence in Florida.
Former President Donald Trump announced the FBI raided his home in a statement issued Monday.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar- A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.”
In addition to searching through Trump’s office, FBI agents also combed through Melania Trump’s wardrobe.
As the New York Post reported:
However, the search warrant was reportedly limited to finding presidential records as well as evidence of classified information being stored at Mar-a-Lago, the Post reported.
The FBI raid of the 128-room, 62,500-square foot property lasted over nine hours, as agents reportedly arrived at 9:00 a.m. and did not leave until after 6:30 p.m.
The raid was conducted by more than 30 plain clothes FBI agents from a Florida and Washington field office, according to the Post.

But I also realize Trump is small and petty about certain things, and knowing that, I would not be surprised if he had things in his possession that he wasn't supposed to have simply because the National Archives wanted it and he didn't want to give it to them.
Based Ron Paul from 1988
Has the judge who signed the warrant been identified? Can a logical conclusion be drawn that the judge is biased? Political background? Favors owed? And why seal it? If it's to search for Presidential Records (normally an administrative issue, not a criminal one) what can be so damaging to an investigation that garners the sealing of the information? Or... could it be they were "hoping" to "collaterally" find & collect Jan. 6 information that they haven't been able to find by other means?
From what's come out, there appear to be so many 4th Amendment violations. Ron Paul was ever so right. His son Rand has spoken out against the Patriot Act (another "tool" used unconstitutionally against American citizens) on many occasions.
While I'd prefer another candidate to run in '24, this might just set him up as a "martyr" of sorts and catapult him to an easy win in the general election. This is getting a lot of attention, and donations. I still believe, though, that's what's best is for him to be a king-maker instead of king.
