Right. A business owner either has the right to discriminate or they don’t. You can’t have the Supreme Court deciding the merits of discrimination on a case by case basis.

Of course they do. In fact, that is the only way to decide any case, Trog. The massive amounts of legislation and regulation create a sea of control that results in very minute differences affecting the decision - did the patron express a religious belief? Did the business owner even know of that belief? Was the decision to serve or not serve based on the business owner's knowledge of the patron's religious beliefs? Was the patron treated differently on the basis of race, or gender? If so, how? Have other customers of similar race or gender been treated fairly? Was the preferential or adverse treatment based on race, religion, national origin, gender, disability, etc.?

That's how cases are decided - all of them.

There are some big differences between the Christian bakers and leftists refusing services in restaurants. Mainly, the Constitution. The bakes refused service based on their first amendment rights for protected, well established religious beliefs, The lefty restaurants were just being ********.

The liberals are clearly hypocritical in being against the bakers and for the restaurants. They believe the baker should be forced against his will to serve somebody, where the restaurant has the right to refuse service to people they don't like. Indefensible hypocrisy.

I have not heard any conservatives saying the restaurant had no legal right to refuse service to conservatives. The outrage is with the over the top vitriol. The raw hate.

Let's contrast the situations. Gay couple paid by SJW groups and with no real intention of actually buying a wedding cake, is scouring the midwest looking for a bakery that will refuse to make the cake on religious grounds. The finally find one. The bakers offer to make the actual cake, just not decorate it and offer to do business with the gay couple on anything else.

Now there's the 2 restaurant incidents. One, they allow a mob to actually harass and threaten the DHS secretary until she leaves. Two, the owner of the restaurant refuses service to Sara Sanders and her family. When Sanders leaves, they go across the street to a restaurant not owned by nut jobs. The owner of the original restaurant then goes across the street and continues yelling at Sanders and protesting, apparently her very existence.

Remember, the left is the party calling others nazis and their leaders are endorsing this type of public intimidation and threats.
