Bush 14.8% - He's got the funding and can win a key state. Jeb better get his political sea legs back quickly and study more on the issues. I still think he's the best option.

Walker 13.0% - The more I hear him speak, the better I like him. However his track record in Wisconsin is shaky in some areas.

Rubio 12.2% - He's young, but seems to communicate in way that resonates with the religious right, and common sense portion of the party. If Huckabee drops out, Rubio could vault up. The religious right has been a deflated group. They would come out to vote for him. Rubio would also do well with Latino's. I just wish he was a bit more seasoned and battle tested.

Huckabee 9.2% - I wish he would go away. He has had his chances and is 3rd at best.

Carson 9.2% - Could be a VP type of pick.

Paul 9.0% - I like to hear him speak, but think he's going to do poorly with women.

Cruz 8.0 - If he had Rubio's looks, he could go far.

Christie. 4.8% - Yesterday's news

Trump 4.5% - Here because he likes to keep his name in the press

Perry 2.0% - The John Stockdale of the party.

Kasich 2.0%

Santorum 1.7% - I wish he would go away

Fiorina 1.5%

Jindal 1.3% - Jabs well at Obama.

>>>Someone better emerge past 30% soon. The field it too congested, and when that happens you think it lacks a star.

I like Trump. I'll take a no-nonsense business guy over these big government hacks. He'll f them up in a debate too.

Or Surgeon General for sure.

Perry 2.0% - The John Stockdale of the party.
That's funny right there, I don't care who ya are.

Kasich 2.0%
Dark horse.

Santorum 1.7% - I wish he would go away
Dittos.

I'm sure we'll get some combination of Cruz, Paul, Rubio, and Walker. At least I hope so.

Maybe my fellow American-Hungarian, George Pataki will make some noise. I think he's throwing his hat into the ring soon. He was governor of what, NY? a few years back. Don't know much about him...

I'm a big fan of Carson.

Pataki announced his candidacy yesterday.

Trump is good at making noise, but his outlandish statements leave him vulnerable. He's quit too many times as well. If Trump could win New York--Okay I'd be for him, but he can't.

Just like in FF, if you don't have a starting RB, you don't have a starting RB.

This is like deciding on starting Dalton or EJ Manuel at QB because you don't even have a hail-mary Flacco on your roster.

I can't tell if this is a circle shoot, with all these dudes firing at Hildebeast/Bomma and shooting each other instead, or just the old fashioned circle jerk.

As usual my man is at the bottom of the list.

Bush is a horrible option IMHO. Conservatives won't vote for him because he is a dem lite. He offers nothing new. Seriously, besides going back into Iraq what is he going to do? He's going to push for legalizing millions of law breakers, try to push common core on more states, and spending money like a drunk sailor. WTF would anybody vote for that?

Vader,

There are things politicians say, and things they do not but believe in. For Example Obama said he was anti gay marriage and pro gun when running for president, but he's really for gay marriage, and doing what he can to curtail the 2nd amendment by limiting ammunition supply. Once elected as President he quickly changed his tune. Obama said what he needed to say to get elected. Bush is doing the same. He can get a large portion of the Latino vote and that scares the Democrat's in Colorado and Florida. Two must have states for the GOP.

Jeb was the governor of Florida. He could not be outspoken anti immigration and won twice. But as President, he can change his position a bit ( like Obama did ) , and will have a Republican congress and Senate to work with to keep him in check. Does this make sense? I view Jeb's immigration stance as significantly right of Obama who used executive orders to circumnavigate the process! I also think Jeb is more conservative than Hillary Clinton on this topic. In Florida Jeb viewed immigration as cheap labor, and did a fine job with boarder patrol.

I also believe Jeb is the lone man with the funding and a team of experts to defeat Hillary Clinton. Unless a star emerges, this is the best choice, or if you prefer the only alternative to Clinton's ***** like favors to other nations who are funding her. Hillary also has a feminist agenda.

Hillary could go up in flames soon. She's in too many scandals, and even if she deleted stuff, she can not delete other people's in box.

His brother wanted "comprehensive" reform. He's talked about it for years. There is no way he changes because that's what he really believes. His father allowed congress to bi-pass the stipulations Reagan put into place to secure the border. The idea that he is some hard line anti-immigration candidate is total non-sense. Hell half his family is Mexican.

Jeb had nothing to do with border patrol in Florida because the feds control that area. I'm sure he worked with the feds but Florida is dealing with Cubans NOT the southern border with Mexico. There is a law in place that deals specifically with Cubans. It's a federal law.

Everybody knew Obama was lying about homosexual marriage. Nobody believes Jeb is lying about immigration reform... nobody.

Also funding will come. Whoever starts pulling ahead will get plenty of funding. Romney didn't lose because of lack of money. Neither did McCain. That's the biggest myth in politics. We need a candidate that can compete intellectually and with different policy ideas than Clinton. Sending Bush to debate her will show how similar they are and that means Jeb loses. They agree on everything from big government spending, immigration reform, common core, Iraq ETC... WTF is the difference in them?

More Americans Support Bernie Sanders For President Than Every Republican Contender
http://www.addictinginfo.org/2015/0...or-president-than-every-republican-contender/

Social liberalism is on a fast rise, Bernie Sanders is appealing to old school GOP voters, and now he has more support for the presidency than any of the Republican contenders for 2016. Is America seeing a progressive uprising? I sure hope so.

A recent Quinnipiac Poll shows that Senator Sanders is supported by 15% of Democratic voters compared to 57% who support Hillary Clinton. Vice President Joe Biden nabs 9% of the vote with the other 14% undecided.

However, the interesting part is no one in the GOP has over 10% support. Senator Marco Rubio (FL), Governor Scott Walker, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee are all tied for 10% while Senators Rand Paul (KY) and Ted Cruz (TX) have 7% and 6% respectively. Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina trails with only 2%.

So, in other words, more people rally around Bernie Sanders than they do a solid GOP candidate. Even though the GOP field has over 9 declared candidates and an additional 8 considering a run, the Democrats factored in (among Clinton and Sanders) Joe Biden, Lincoln Chafee, Martin O’Malley, and Jim Webb.

That would be awesome....yet it's not going to happen.

I gotta say that I like how Carly Fiorina is taking it to Hillary at every turn. She (CF) shows up at events where Hillary is at and sticks it to the press. all the while answering questions. She (CF) has a running tab of how many questions she herself has answered from the media versus how many questions Hillary has answered. I think it was (at last count ) 417 CF, 19 Hillary.

That's about the most convoluted bullshit I've ever seen. Talk about taking stats and just flat out lying. If you had more dems running then the totals for Sanders would be less than 15%. It has nothing to do with the country being more socialists. It has to do with only 3 people running on the dems side vs. 9 on the rep. side.

Reminds me of a year ago when Libs on here were talking about Texas become a dem state and that Davis was going to beat Abbott. Then the election took place and Abbott not only won but destroyed her by getting 60% of the vote to her 39%.
