I really think so. She's likely to lose Iowa and Hew Hampshire to Bernie Sanders!

But that doesn't begin to describe her political jeopardy. Her email scandal is going to be the coup de grace. Not only will she have to answer very damaging questions, they could also drag others into a similar position.

When the brand is at stake, we might see exit strategy as soon as March 2016 to minimize the collateral damage to the party.

Perhaps an excuse of illness, combine with a Padron / executive order to seal the emails for " national security reasons " Oh the irony! if necessary from Obama with the understanding that the Clinton's are going to exit quietly without dragging ANYONE into the email mess,

Too bad they didn't seal her emails from the Chinese and Russians.

Eh, that ***** has Teflon granny panties, no **** sticks to her.

What difference does it make anyways?

Viva La Trump!

she is scum of the earth. The lowest of low. unfit for any public office. she should be tried and then sent out of the country forever.

You think some half-rabid geriatric socialist is going to beat the Clinton machine?

To laugh.

Hillary Clinton Doing Back-to-Back Finance Industry Fundraisers Just Before Iowa

"......Clinton will appear in Philadelphia at a “gala” fund-raiser hosted by executives at Franklin Square Capital Partners, a $17 billion investment fund. Rocker Bon Jovi will reportedly play an acoustic set for “friends” who pledge $1,000 and hosts who bundle up to $27,000.

The Philadelphia Inquirer notes that “Franklin Square employs Ivy League-educated money managers and salespeople with experience at big Wall Street firms – plus four personal trainers and a dietitian to keep staff happy and productive amid the gym, yoga and nap rooms, Sol LeWitt art installations, and fancy cafeteria.”

Clinton will then head to New York City, where she will speak at a lunchtime “Conversations With Hillary” fund-raiser. This one is co-hosted by Matt Mallow, a senior managing director and general counsel at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management firm. As we’ve reported before, having a conversation with Hillary is not cheap.

The Clinton Family, like the Bush Family......needs to disappear.
But they can't. They need to carry on their agenda.

then there's this

Bernie Sanders goes Full Mondale, admits he will raise your taxes

There’s one simple rule that presidential candidates from both major parties tend to follow: Don’t suggest raising taxes, especially on the middle class.

But Bernie Sanders did just that at Monday’s CNN town hall in Des Moines, Iowa. It was always clear that Sanders’s plans to increased social security payments, free college tuition and universal health care would be expensive

“We will raise taxes,” he admitted. “Yes, we will.”

Bernie's toast.
Hillary's going to jail.

What next?

I don't think Bernie is toast.

Bloomberg might enter the race, and I still think Biden might jump in if hsi path is an easy one.

Problem for the late entries is getting on the ballot. For example, I was at my local GOP committee's petition party last night. I am an elected committee member myself and I have to get a petition signed. Only need 10 signatures in my precinct. In PA the primary is on April 26 and you have to have your petitions turned in by February 16 to be on the ballot. To be on the Presidential ballot I think you need 5000 signatures statewide. I was the first and only person who signed Rand Paul's petition.

If Bernie wins Iowa then Hillary will get indicted and the door will open for the next round of contestants.

Bernie is unelectable in a general election

The more I read about this e-mail business, the more I wonder if there will ever be an indictment. Consider this...

In an ordinary case, that would not be a point worth making. The FBI routinely conducts major investigations in collaboration with Justice Department prosecutors — usually from the U.S. attorney’s office in the district where potential crimes occurred. That is because the FBI needs the assistance of a grand jury. The FBI does not have authority even to issue subpoenas, let alone to charge someone with a crime. Only federal prosecutors may issue subpoenas, on the lawful authority of the grand jury. Only prosecutors are empowered to present evidence or propose charges to the grand jury. And the Constitution vests only the grand jury with authority to indict — the formal accusation of a crime. In our system, the FBI can do none of these things.

No Justice Department, no grand jury. No grand jury, no case — period. As a technical matter, no matter how extensively the FBI pokes around on its own, no one can be a subject of a real investigation — i.e., one that can lead to criminal charges — unless and until there is a grand jury. That does not happen until the Justice Department hops on board
http://www.nationalreview.com/artic...epartment-justice-obama?target=topic&tid=4571.

So Obama is hedging his bets. He is letting the FBI investigate, but on its own, without Justice Department prosecutors and the grand jury. This frees the administration and the Clinton campaign to be, by turns, ambiguous and disingenuous about whether there really is a formal investigation going on. As long as it is only the FBI doing the digging, everyone can play along with the farce: The investigation is very “preliminary,” it doesn’t even have “subjects,” and it may even be a Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy sabotage (in which, somehow, the saboteurs are Obama appointees and non-political law-enforcement agents).

How long can they do this ? Will they procrastinate till we get a new Atty Gen ? Will the Hildebeast ever be indicted ?

Stay tuned .....

So Hillary wins the election, and appoints the next Attorney General. What are the chances she is indicted by the same justice department that her own appointee oversees?

They are going to drag her in on the carpet and question her anyway. Can't look good for a presidential candidate.

White House Buzzing About FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton

The White House is buzzing about the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton.... the FBI will likely interview Clinton.

She needs to get Trump for a campaign manager

After they came out today saying they can't release some of her emails under any circumstances, she is toast. The emails were top secret when she sent them and can't be released without causing extreme harm to the nation. That's all I need to know. If Odumma doesn't let her be indicted, then I hope the next GOP President and Congress put he and her in jail. If they don't indict, the FBI will leak information and will leave the case open so someone else can indict her later.

And, all of this is with the emails she "provided" to the government. We don't even know, yet, about the emails she didn't provide. The FBI does, though.

She should step aside and let Biden take her place?

I don't think there's any question she mishandled classified information.

The question is what is our "transparent" government going to do about it?

"Nothing to see here, nothing at all. Move along, move along."

Not a chance. The FBI would have to drag her away kicking and screaming.

The question is what is our "transparent" government going to do about it?
Depends if you think Bomma dislikes her enough to have her indicted and let a Republican get elected.

OK neo-Cons....how about you come back from your alternate universe for a minute for some actual FACTS:
FIRST...
Conservatives who keep insisting that there is some big criminal investigation by the FBI which is about to lead to ‪#‎HillaryClinton‬ being led off in handcuffs and prosecuted are either wishful thinking or just pandering (lying) to the far right. Also they are 100% full of ****.
SECOND....
The emails in question were marked as "classified" after the fact. They were not marked as such when they were originally sent.
THIRD....
Hillary is not the first person to have a private email server. Many government officials have used private servers, including Jeb Bush and Colin Powell.
FOURTH....
In order to have a crime there must be criminal intent. There was and is no such intent to commit a crime here.

Good points Tibs...

There is really only one horse in the race for the Dems....so she is a very easy target to put down politically...

The question to me for the Dems is ...which Repub candidate do they use their "ammo" on..

Like shooting fish in a barrel at the moment..

Gotta love this time of the year politically!
