Hillary Clinton refused to entertain a question about her email scandal and whether she would drop out of the race if she's indicted.

Jorge Ramos: When you were Secretary of State you wrote 104 emails in your private server that the government now says contained classified information according to the Washington Pos and others. That goes against a memo you personally sent to employees in 2011 directing all of them to use official email precisely because of security concerns. So it seems that you issued one set of rules for yourself and a different set of rules for employees at the State Department. Who who specifically gave you permission to operate your email system as you did? Was it Barack Obama? And will you drop out of the race if you get indicted?

'Oh for goodness - that is not going to happen. I am not going to even answer that question,' she angrily told Univision's Jorge Ramos during tonight's Democratic debate.

Ramos had to ask her the question twice before she finally acknowledged it, and when she finally did, she was visibly annoyed. Bernie Sanders likewise avoided taking a stance on whether the controversy was a blimp on the radar or a worthy issue and instead changed the subject to climate change and wealth inequality.

Ramos wanted to know who gave her 'permission' to operate a server out of her home and use a private account to conduct government business.

Clinton again apologized for her behavior, but stated that it was 'not prohibited' or 'disallowed.' 'It wasn't the best choice. I made a mistake,' she said.

'There was no permission to be asked,' a clearly frustrated Clinton asserted.


Hosted by Univision and broadcast simultaneously on Fusion and CNN, immigration repeatedly came up and the candidates took turns accusing each other of lying about their position on the issue.

Bernie Sanders Stumbles On Fidel Castro Question In Miami

Is this Bernie Sander’s “David Duke” moment? When asked to differentiate his brand of socialism from the communist leader Fidel Castro, Sanders had little to say.

The Univision/CNN/Facebook debate featured video of then Mayor Sanders explaining why he believed the Cuban people had not staged an insurrection against Cuba, and why then President Ronald Reagan was wrong to think that Nicaraguans would do the same against the leftist government there. “They had forgotten that he educated their kids, gave them health care,” he said in the video, adding that the Castros had “totally transformed their society” but also qualifying his statement “You know, not to say that Fidel Castro or Cuba are perfect, they are certainly not.”

Not unlike the time that Donald Trump hesitated to “disavow” David Duke while his opponents call him racist, Sanders failed to distance himself sharply from Fidel Castro while his critics call him a communist.

No worse a place could he have lobbed the flub than in South Florida, in Miami, about a five-minute walk from Freedom Tower, the Ellis Island of Cubans fleeing the Castro regime.

Think about this. How did those people know exactly when to strike the embassy? I bet they got it from the unsecured Hillary server, and she's been trying to cover up that breach ever since.
