Blistering hot in Oregon, Washington(100's), and the northern territories of Canada near the Arctic were enjoying temperatures in the 80's just a few weeks ago...yes near the North Pole. Of course the cool weather in the Midwest/East was brought to you courtesy of Polar Vortex 2 as the caps continue to melt and bring that nice cool air as the jet stream stalls in a long trough (60's, 50's 40's) in the middle/end of July.......
Yeah this is all normal....
Oh I hoped you guys enjoyed the record breaking floods in the North East and Detroit. When you add those rare events to the flooding in England, Germany,Philipines, Hungary, Chicago, Colorado, Toronto, last year ALL RECORD BREAKING I can see though why you would want to stay in a state of denial.
