Russ has to get his *** in gear. still want to see fields and wilson on the field together

put some ******* pressure on Jackson

stop ******* going for the RB unless you are ******* positive jackson handed him the ball

how many times can we hear "Steelers look lethargic" **** this ****...fire every ******* body

20:37 TOP for the ravens in the 1st half ******* inexcuseable

some life in the 3rd...but the defense gives up a quick drive after a steeler score

just don't understand the reluctance to start a game with the same play calling you get when they go down multiple scores

**** this damn coaching staff

blow this group the **** up...just no ******* excuse any more
 
I can't look forward to the draft anymore because this coaching staff cannot and does not develop talent. Players backslide and reach their potential elsewhere.

Change must happen at the very top. Art2 must step down. He has completely failed the standard. It is on him.
 
The standard is the standard. Same story as every playoff game in recent memory. 8 years without a playoff win. It's over.
 
I will say once more the defense gets all the yea we are good, they did nothing in the first half to stop Ravens. Smith can be the OC when Tomlin stops having him be his puppet. Same old thing run run pass for a half no movement because the defense knows this. All at once play calls we are making plays, Wilson can throw down field, running game looks some what better. Give me grief but Porter is not this hot shot, penalties bad tackling. Sutton why we resignerd him he did zero. No physical play on defense soft tackling stats prove it. Offens gets going defense allows down the field TD. Rooney needs to see the light Tomlin time is up, out coached outplayed five games in a row. We were not in this game after pour first punt. Offens one negative play we are done agin showed tonihgt. We had a better season than we thouyght playoff game was great but we did not show up. Have a lot of holes to fill. Wait till next year. Steeler fans have a Happy New Year.

I've seen someone else state this in another post, but when we challenged him on it he clammed up and we never heard from him again on it. Let's see if you do the same. Who is this so called talent or talents that reached their potential elsewhere?? I just want to make sure you're not just talking out the side of your mouth.
 
They came out as well prepared as the three stooges, That **** is on the coaching.

2nd O series and they start with Van Jeff and Skowronek as the WRs in that stupid as hell flea flicker. Was this the super secret weapon holy grenade they were waiting to unleash in the playoffs? Did someone work at all in a creative, flow keeping offense? Oline banged up and no one thought of a few quick pass play to keep the pass rush at least worried? That slant pass to GP in 3rd and short was probably the only time I saw that sort of play

So much **** to unravel, **** it, I'm going to sleep
 
You can't defend the effort that was put out there the 1st half. You can blame a lot on the coaching staff but effort is on the players. You cant defend Tomlin or any of the coaching staff because the game plan just wasn't there. It was sort of a tale of two halfs this game, but yet here we are at 5 straight losses.

Much credit to the Ravens....it was going to be hard to stop Lamar and Henry both. Lamar is way too dynamic of a player to lose to a DC like TA so I knew eventually it would catch up to us.

Can we finally stop perpetuating the myth that we have Lamar's number. We don't.

The first two Ravens TD drives they ran the ball every down. Still Minkah was lining up 15-20 yards off the ball. Wtf?

I really thought this year was different and we'd improve throughout the season. I never expected a Super Bowl but expected better than this. Wrong again 😡!

You are 100 percent right.

Players don't achieve greater success when they leave Pittsburgh, because they are utterly destroyed before they leave.
 
The Steelers needed to limit the Ravens' running game to have any shot, and not only did they fail to limit it, they were ran over.

Regardless of how good Lamar and Henry are, it is hard to excuse allowing nearly 300 yards on the ground, considering that is about three times what the Steelers allowed per game through the season.

Another pathetic first half for the offense that was made even more frustrating by the two impressive TDs drives they had in the second half, as it implied they're capable of more earlier games.

The preparation during the week seems to really be lacking, but as it relates to the coaching, Tomlin's recent contract guarantees he's not going anywhere.

The late season collapse should and probably will prompt major changes to the staff.

DC and OL coach are the mostly likely to see changes. I like a lot of things Arthur Smith did earlier in the season, but it is hard to justify bringing him back with the offense failing to score 20 points in each of the last five games.

Regarding the players, there are some big decisions to be made regarding Russ, Fields and Pickens. Even if they keep Pickens, WR has to be a top priority in the offseason as well as DL.

All and all, I feel pretty ******* stupid for allowing myself to become the slightest bit optimistic after the 10-3 start. I had seen the Tomlin Show enough times to have known better.
 
My initial reaction is that I’m disappointed but not surprised. You can’t play the first half the way the Steelers did and expect to win. This is what the Steelers are. Mike Tomlin is a good coach, not a great coach, and his playoff record reflects that.

Oh well. Part of me is relieved it’s over. Hate getting my heart ripped out every year.

So you post a link that has nothing to do with what u stated?? I mean unless youre talking about one player. You were the one that brought it up. I thought you were going to come with a legit response. That's all u got though huh?.

Minkah had a terrible game , a terrible last 5 games, and terrible season and should be traded/cut faster than you can say "we took Terrell Edmunds in the first?"

To be fair....the article he mentioned only listed one player and the focus was on the OL primarily in the article. The article only mentioned one player though and that was K. Dotson, however Zach Frazier and McCormick turned out to be pretty good linemen for the most part. I would like to see the OL coach fired though. That line just wasn't good enough.
