Just read an article that made me shake my head

Depends on who is responsible when you draft.
Ben was drafted high, Plex was drafted high, both Santonio Holmes and Troy P. Were drafted after considerable move up in the draft.
Also, since we’ve been on this non losing streak we’re never positioned high enough to draft a blue chip and franchise QB. We have to settle for guys like Picket at 20 or Najee at 22.
That’s how Chargers got Herbert, Bengals got Burrow and Chase, Chiefs got Mahomes.
And again, also matters who has strong input in your draft too.
You do realize that the Steelers beat the Chargers and the Bengals are 4-7, right?

LOL...You almost wrote my thoughts. Russ is doing great and now the rumor is we are going to resign him, THE SKY IS FALLING! We will make the playoffs and this team now has an ability it hasn't had in years. And that is to come back from a deficit and win. We have the possibility to get beyond the first round and maybe to the AFCCG...once there anything can happen.

I am not a Tomlin fan by any stretch, but I'll praise him for bringing Russ and Fields here. That gives us something we haven't had in years...since Ben maybe 10 years back, and that's hope of achieving something worthwhile this year and something to keep building on. Once Highsmith comes back the defense will look different. Hopefully someone steps up from the WR room to be the bookend to Pickens.

We beat the Ravens...basically shut down their offense which some were calling the best in the NFL and then we had a short week loss to a team who treated this game as their Super Bowl..in a snowstorm...and we act like Bungles fans:ROFLMAO:. We will be fine.

I believe. **** I have to, I'm getting old and can't wait much longer.
A high proportion of Pickett's wins were come from behind 4th quarter wins.

The Chargers are an up and coming team with a proven head coach. They will have success with Harbaugh sooner than we will with Mediocre Mike.
The Bengals are 4-7 losing some pretty damn close games. They have Joe Burrow and a good offense. Their problem is no defense.
You do know the Browns were 2-8 and are now 3-8 thanks to that Thursday night debacle.
