The play calling has been unimaginative, stale, transparent and not fashioned to attack our opponents weaknesses but Fichtner blames the green, rookie QB. He's been learning the ole well under Tomlin.

Fitchner has been, by far the weakest offensive link. Then he has the nerve to throw his players under the bus. No answer for NOT using James Conner, no answer for weak Personel on the field. No answer for game plan made of liquid ****. he has side stepped his inadequacy several times this year by blaming players when in reality it's his inexperience that's the problem. I know he will be our OC next year but gosh dang he is crap.

I just can't imagine this team doing any better than a non-losing season with this coaching empire at the helm.

Yep, I said it back when Rudolph was struggling - fix the OC, you fix the offence!

Obviously he does not have the pedigree to coach but more so the pedigree to be Ben’s buddy. He only brings one color of paint to the barn painting party, grey....Ben brought the other colors for him. His play calls have not been up to the standard, he is blinking....he will have to have his eye lids cut off. But he will get the chance to rebound because he’s about to unleash some hell

But Tomlin is buddies with Fichner. He will of the OC forever.

Not only crappy game plan but whoever player is in the package on the field it is predictable to the play called. No hiding or question to what the play is and if I can see that, a professional opposing defense can see it 10 X easier. Why do you think they load the box, because their guess is 90+% correct.

Even semi-crappy OC can combat that to a degree but Fitchner's answer is to blame the player(s)

On the 4th down play against the bills on the last drive when they called a timeout then we came right back out in the same personnel, same formation.. my mind was blown. How stupid can you be as OC, at the least just change the formation to the other side or anything different to throw the defense off. He’s one of the dumbest coordinators of all time.

His shortcomings as a coordinator or position coach dictate he is HC material.

A rookie QB who was 3rd string no less, with what 3-1/2 games NFL experience and you have him put the ball in the air 38 times. And your plan is to attach the Bills strength which is their pass defense and ignore their weakness the run.
And you pick on one of the premier CBs in the league.
Fitchner and Tomlin are both morons.
