Mason O'h Mason could he bring GOLD

The Steelers are putting in too much effort for the third-

string special teams linebacker they want to select with the future 5th they get from trading Rudolph. Invest in the future in give Pickett the reps.
Give Pickett 1st team reps IMO. If Mitch is the QB, they wasted a pick on KP. If KP is the future, start his development.

Meh you don’t have to be a first year starter to be good… Aaron rodgers sat on the bench for like three years… there are more qbs that don’t come in and start right away than ones that do…

Pickett will have his chances in preseason, they shouldn't give him anything. He will need to earn it.

I hope neither of the three QBs get the job due to draft merit but due to ability. Mitch isn't going to be some push-over that a Pickett is just going to walk all over. Mitch is pretty goodand I hope both display their best to win the job.

Sadly I think Mason Rudlf is out of the picture before it even got snapped.

Salute the nation

The longer we keep Rudolph, the higher his value in a trade, IMO. Maybe we get 5th or 6th in preseason but, once the injury bug starts to hit, I could see a playoff caliber team giving up as much as 3rd for him. Take a team like the Colts. Say Ryan gets hurt week 6, they might want to trade for a guy with starting experience that they could retain at seasons end if Ryan's career was in jeopardy.

Except that Matt Ryan doesn't get hurt. He started 222 out of a possible 225 games in his 14 seasons with the Falcons.

We have 3 options at QB. why trade any of them. keep all 3 and figure it out
