By now you all know my dedication to Fred, the ultimate tell it like it is reporter. His latest attempt at truth, justice and the American way is bound to upset some folks out there but as I read the article I couldn't find one untrue word. As the article ends, in his customary fashion, Fred always sums it all up in one phrase, this time it is...."I raise my children. They need to raise theirs.. Good point Fred, some do but it seems a whole lot don't even try.

I'd say "enjoy" at this point but I'm not sure that is the correct phrase to use.

All through school I had bad teachers of both races. However, I never had a good black teacher. I had a history teacher that never heard of the Germanic tribes. He thought I was making it up. I had a science teacher that thought wind chill would freeze water at room temperature. All the bad white teachers were coaches. But every single black teacher I had was dumb as dirt, especially in the subject they were teaching. They got there because of affirmative action and the school needed black teachers. So it didn't make a damn bit of difference if I or any other child learned anything. All that mattered is that blacks were teaching. **** everybody else. If not for me learning on my own and getting help from my father I wouldn't have gotten my M.A. or even graduated HS.

After the GI bills from ww2, college morphed from institutes of higher learning into money grabs. with the advent of the internet and instant knowledge on demand, the importance of college degrees should be downplayed and diverted to tech schools, aptitude and experience. Frankly,most of the stupidest and worthless individuals I know have degrees, so it cant be that hard to get them these days....

It depends on the degree and where it came from. A degree from Harvard in African American Studies is about as useful as **** on a boar hog. Some of the most successful people I know only have a 2 year degree. Of course some of the dumbest I know graduated HS but never went to college. It just depends. A lot of it is home life. If you live in most urban areas the people don't care about education. Just have your baby daddy and you'll be fine. There is a history of government dependence and they don't want off of it. Anything to keep from working.

Good point. I'm of the school of thought that the only people who need degrees are engineers, doctors and nurses. I'm sure people will come up with a bunch more that they feel need them but I think you get my point. Most of the least qualified, dumbest sons of ******* I've known were people in over their heads and who were there only because of the parchment and could have been completely out shined by most reasonably intelligent people with a HS degree (and some without) who had common sense and a work ethic.

I appreciate Fred's acute observations and candor.

What strikes me is that he could be describing any element of our "multicultural" "society" in describing as yet, our highest distillation of multiculturalism. For fun, substitute ****, lezbo, he-she, muzloid, or any of the emerging clients of the party of satan, and you have a snapshot of what's to come in those "communities". While it took a $22T "investment" and 50 years to create this sullen underclass, the formula has been established ensuring that subsequent applications will be more, er, "cost effective". Or not.

Why does any of this surprise? We have twice elected an enigma with no discernible background other than that his "father" was either a communist bigamist from Kenya or a communist pornographer from Chicago, but his mother was the communist daughter of two communist swingers from Seattle; he might have attended Occidental, Columbia, or Harvard, but nobody seems to recall and there aren't any records; he was managed through Chicago precinct politics by communists, had a cup of coffee in the Illinois senate while voting "present" 100+ times, rinsed and repeated in the US senate while immediately dashing off to Kenya to campaign for his communist cousin to (presumably?) hone his skills for a run at the White House. No more ridiculous than the $22T we pissed down rat holes. Which is testament to those who "paid" into the $22T more than those who absconded with it.

The shame of it is that nobody lifts a finger to do anything about it. This America thing is a pretty good program. Shame to lose it.

The value of common sense is often overlooked and can not be found in any book.Thank god i was born with an abundance of it. I have endless ceu's in my field, so I'll always be learning. I am a well rounded individual because of my upbringing and that is from my parents,grandparents,uncles&aunts and nothing from school. That is being lost and will be this countries undoing. We can NOT let one or two dysfunctional cultures bring the country down.
