Not sure what the joke is supposed to be. Comparing, in a humorous way, some black people losing their job at at TV station to Boko Haram massacres speaks to an incredibly narcissistic perspective. Imagine the faux outrage if a white guy made that joke. All of a sudden everyone would be sensitive about the thousands of black people raped, tortured, and murdered by Boko Haram.

Clearly black American careers matter.
