Lose 5-2 at home against a goalie that has a GAA just south of 4 that had lost his 11 previous starts with the playoffs on the line. They should be embarrassed.

Need to shoot the puck. This team is always looking for a nhl network highlight tic tac toe goal. How many times we pass in the zone for 25 seconds and eventually turn it over with no shot.

The powerplay looked good early in the game. Sid was screening the goalie. That was just luck. Mrazek had a horseshoe and 4 leaf clover up his arse

They got too antsy as the game wore on.

It's not like we aren't playing. Their goalie is standing on his head. We're playing a good game..

Isn't amazing how scrub goalies look like 5 time Vezina winners against the Pens. They have no net front presence like they had with players like Hornqvist so it makes the goalies job easy.

This is what you get when you piss all those games away all year long.

So to summarize, they were rested had everything to play for, Chicago got blown out last night by Dallas, rolls into Pittsburgh tonight and basically hangs with the best the Pens could muster and wins.

I am ready for a dump and rebuild of the team....They have lost so many times like this I don't really care to see them try to win anymore with the big 3.

Man 16 and 17 seem like so long ago. Thanks for the 3 Stanley Cups guys but its really starting to feel like what have you done for me lately.

Whose fault is that? It’s not just the players. This team is full of organizational rot. Not sure how you hire a guy to build your team when you watched him ruin your cross state rival. If any of Burke, Hextall or Sullivan have a job after this season it’s a travesty.
