Lets not forget that the net was bigger and goalie equipment wasn't nearly what is was today. Hard to track a puck through two little eye holes.

The Isles left the door open by laying an egg last night in DC. Florida lost too, but in OT so they still got a point. The Pens have two VERY winnable games coming up. Win them both and they are in. Lose either and, well, good luck.
 
Looks like the Blackhawks are enjoying the role of spoiler. Playing us tough.
 
Holy crap, if the Pens can't beat Chicago at home, when the season is on the line, they don't deserve to be in the playoffs. Hope they get something going soon.

Gotta disagree with you there. The Pens were sleepwalking through the entire 1st period and finally found a little spark 3/4 of the way through the 2nd.
 
Better take advantage of this power play

I've been listening to the radio feed and dealing with the delay. I appreciate Phil's no nonsense commentary.
 
We have done all we could to suck this season. Seems to be working.
 
With this much talent, I'm sorry but the coaching staff needs to go. They obviously are not getting this team ready to go.
 
Pens down 3-1.
This team does enough to be a playoff team and does enough to not be a playoff team.
 
The Isles gave the Pens free money. They wasted it on hookers and blow.
