Yeah---I turned it on and in less than 5 minutes the Develis scored twice.....game over...channel changed.

That ws a very disappointing game...maybe that's the proverbial nail in coffin?

Oh it might be history from a performance standpoint, but the Pens are in a horrible situation with these guys and the contracts they gave them.

Sids is up next year. What will they give him? Sure can't be 8 or 9 mill anymore.

And they are stuck with Letang and Geno till 2027 I think?

The kings are holding on to guys like Kopitar, Doughty but rebuilding around them. Granted the kings are actually utilizing their draft picks within their rebuild. They’re looking like a playoff team again.


The Pens can do similar if they choose to keep the core 3 guys. They’re projected to be 12 million under the salary cap. A rebuild in today’s nhl isn’t timely like years past.
