Great to see Ludvig get rewarded. He's a hell of a gritty addition to the lineup. Hope he sticks around awhile.

I was helping a buddy pour a sidewalk. Glad I missed it. We did better than I expected.
Yard work for me. I did watch the beginning. Where they scored a goal and gave up 2 in 30 seconds or something lol. Decided cleaning up the mess we made grinding some stumps and replacing old mulch was a better idea.

Hey they scored 4 goals vs the Rangers, but gave up 7...haha.
They will lose a games where they cant score, then turn around and score 4 and still lose by 3.
Its like they just play defense whenever they feel like it anymore.
That was a Jarry Special.
About every 8-10 games he is just really very bad....
Then he will look like an all star for a couple weeks.
Kid is either really good...or horrible.
Kind of equate to a really good starting pitcher that just doesn't have his good stuff that day.

I actually watched this game yesterday. I thought they looked good. Aggressive, throwing everything at the net, even the skating looked great. Fun game to watch, considering they usually lose when I tune in.
They are actually playing fairly well at the moment.

If you look at the +/- differential in scoring, the Pens are playing considerably better than the other bottom 5 teams. but you're right, it's time for a frame off restoration of this antique team.

I'd figure this offseason will be interesting. I see zero playoff possibility this year. That will be two in a row they've missed.
Agreed. They looked like the team we thought they'd be capable of being for nearly 60 minutes. I missed the Rangers game. Guessing they worked part time again for that one.
They're still alive somehow...
With some luck they'll be in the running at least. Weirder things have happened and we know the team is capable of playing pretty damn good when they want to. Hope they can. What's another round of high blood pressure and indigestion? Should be used to it by now.
