I have no silver lining. It's going to be another season without the playoffs. This team needs an influx of young new talent.
 
Well since gimped up Sid was off with Sullivan trying win the 4 Nations Cup for two weeks, I figured this was a no win situation against a good Caps team.

Didn't bother watching it. Recorded it and will just delete lol.

Quick question:

Not that it would make any difference at this point in the overall scheme of things, but why would they have Hayes on the starting power play unit instead of Malkin?

I think it's usually because they try to split up Sid and Geno.

30-8 SOG advantage Pens,,,,but...Rangers up 2-1....Unfnbelievable
 
Pens got a lot of problems on the back end, and they can’t solve any of it thanks to some horrible contracts.

Choosing nostalgia over rebuilding set this franchise back a decade.
