First time I've had the chance to watch the Pens here in 3 weeks and they lose again. Didn't make it to the end. Too late for me.

These late games suck. Fell asleep late into the 3rd. I think Kuntiz's time here is about done, even if Sid has a man crush on him. He shouldn't be on the PP, either. He should plant himself in front of the net, but he thinks he has the skills of Geno and Sid to be gunning out there. He's a ghost. Five points is not too shabby for that West Coast trip. Could have been worse with that stale game in COL.

I am almost ready to quit watching the games, as I can't see a victory no matter what. Blame me.

That game was a tease. It really felt that we outplayed them. Still, the rebound god was on their side. Very exciting game until the final buzzer and this wave of frustration hit. This team has what it takes to make some post season noise, but it seems fate is just not a Pens fan this year.

This is one of those time that being wrong would be very cool.

One more thing - Anyone else want an explianation as to why we seem to go up 2-0 or more, yet lose or get into a nail biter? It drives me crazy. My boy saw the 3-0 score and said that we were winning this one for sure. I told him to not be so sure. It seems to mean nothing this year.

Pens went up 4-0, and then put it on autopilot. The game reminded me of an all star game. No hitting and lots of scoring. Pens saving it for the weekend.

Hope I'm way off, but this team plays down to their competition. They looked like world-beaters and then sleep walked through the rest of the game until Downies goal. This weekend will be a nice test. Looking forward to how they respond against the B's and Wings.

I remember Boston having their panties in a bunch when the Pens changed colors. It was a logical change with the other teams have just celebrated a championship. The city was sports crazy even back then. Fun times. Oh and screw the Bruins!
