Jarry is good but he makes costly plays as well. The Pens have a lot of stuff to iron out this off season
Crosby has something left in the tank. He needs help.
Malkin needs to retire. His knee has had a plagued career. Letang, if he wants to stay a Pen. Decreased minutes or just retire.

Same **** as what he did near the end of the season, trying to get the puck up ice. I can't remember but he might have tried to be scoring on an empty net but it was picked off and he got scored on. He's a fn idiot.
This. They can build around Sid, but they’d have to change to a more heavy, puck possession team to suit his skills.

Can’t be. However, if they bring him back, I think he is going to have physical players forced on him and if he falters, he’ll be sent packing.

In fairness, dude gets hung out to dry, a lot. He seems to make the hard saves, whiffs on the layup type stuff.
Sorokin also had defensive help.
Jarry often stares down odd man rushed and the likes of Letang, Pettersen etc.
....but I’d still expose Jarry to Seattle
He is but of the three. He’s the one that brings something. The skill is there, the speed is there. The physicality is what’s missing. This team needs a Tom Wilson type of guy.
I’d trust Sid to captain a rebuild
Carter, Tanev, Kapanen, should come back next season. Guentzel needs to bulk up some in the offseason.

Sorry MTC but I'd trust Sid to help the Pens rebuild. I know he's a hero but unless you want to live in the doldrums for 5-8 years, it's time to cut bait, rebuild for a couple years and also restock the farm club. You can either watch Sid enjoy a cup somewhere else and the Pens have a legit chance in a few years after rebuilding or watch Sid and the Pens sit at home after the regular season or keep getting knocked out after the first round.
How often are our super stars getting beat by a bunch of solid players but not superstar level....Time for a change....Level the gaps...
The Pens need to find an identity again.
Poulin may be something serviceable.
