I agree with everything here, but I don't think they thought the Pens would be playing like this. Who really saw this coming? I didn't and the last time they played against each other, the Rangers pretty much dominated them. They were two teams going in opposite directions. This series has done a 180 and the Rags have nothing for our boys.

Will be interesting to see how Louie responds to what's going to be a really hostile crowd and the Rangers likely doing everything they can to save their season. Hopefully NYR plays so tight they lose total focus.

I believe the Rangers have locker room issues....how else can you explain the total lack of effort and execution lately?

Which begs the question, were they actually dragging their ***** that bad the last month or so of the season?

Because there wasn't any inclination they could even come close to doing this to the Rangers....

That being said I am CAUTIOUSLY optimistic, but I seemed to remember them having the Rangers down 3-1 one year and still finding a way to lose the series.

A best of 7 series is a lot different than the regular season. Didn’t think I’d say this in the playoffs but we are downright faster than them.

The series has opened up to where all the lines are getting pressure now. Game 1 and 2 it seemed like it was just Sid’s line doing everything. Now it’s all hands on deck. The rangers don’t have a response.


Reaves line is really slow btw. The Pens have shown they are not affected by the hits
