Apparently setting up formal networks based on race, sexuality, and gender is supposed to help employee engagement. I don't understand how that works. One would think that networking groups based on common interests would result in better employee interaction and engagement. But the diversity people have decided its better to do it based on this ****.

I don't care if I'm working next to another White, Straight, Man...I do care that he's sarcastic as ****, has a dark sense of humor, hates the ******* Raven's and Cheaters, and doesn't swallow the snot that he snorts from his cavities.

It's the little things that matter.

If they got time to do all that networking on the job they aren't working hard enough.

Cut their lunch hours and dock them pay
