Shots fired at Trump Rally

Because it sounded like you were portraying both sides as being equals.
But I do understand now that you were speaking about the issue of tossing insults at each other regardless of if they are true or not.

My initial reaction was that there's nothing wrong with saying Biden is a doddering fool when it's clearly obvious. There is something wrong with calling Trump an anti-Christian or a Nazi.
Not portraying them as equal. My point was summed up by Steeltime, our opinions are based on policy and competency and the direction of the country, theirs are based on unhinged irrational emotions.

My current favorite is getting him convicted in a kangaroo court of some bogus crimes and then screaming “But but but he’s a convicted felon!!!” Like we all don’t know that case would never have been brought against anyone else in a million years.

Yeah Paul Pelosi getting hit in the head with a hammer by a gay prostitute he stiffed (pun intended) is pretty ******* funny. The fact that the gay prostitute was a Canadian illegal immigrant (Sorry Confluence) was pretty funny too considering Vodka Nancy's stance on border security and deportation..
We don't want him or Bieber back.

It would have never been brought up against Trump either had he rode off into the sunset after "losing" the last election.

Trump said usually a person has to die to become iconic or in an inconic photo. Got me to thinking about the narrow miss and how quickly he recovered. Can you imagine if Roethlisberger had been there or somehow in the same situation? He'd still be in ICU and somehow make a miraculous Willis Reed march to the RNC Podium this week after rupturing his Achilles in the SS scrum and with a massive head bandage. The lesson is there are different ways to be a true showman!
Doooouche!

Trump has engaged in dangerous rhetoric, expressed love for the January 6th rioters and mocked the attack on Paul Pelosi. Have you understood what was going on? Are you willing to consider that some of his own behavior just might have contributed to the attempt on his life?
I can't say he has or hasn't engaged in DaNgErOuS rhetoric. I've never heard any dangerous rhetoric from Trump but, I haven't heard all his speeches.
Can you do me a little favor and post up this dangerous rhetoric I missed? I may not vote for him if I feel endangered.

"Make America Great Again."
That is what the left calls dangerous rhetoric.

For quite sometime now.

You forgot the most dangerous bit of rhetoric as in "make America great again".

So here we go again, blame the victim not the deranged perpetrator.
None of the lame examples you gave should have contributed to the attempt on his life. It is you people and your own dangerous rhetoric that have indoctrinated this kid into becoming an assassin.
And one more thing, you people also have a record of being heartless dbags.

UFC's Dana White praises Trump after assassination attempt: 'American bad a--'

UFC President Dana White posted about former President Trump in the immediate aftermath of Saturday's assassination attempt during a rally in Pennsylvania.
White, who is reportedly set to speak at the Republican National Convention, posted an iconic image of a bloodied Trump being escorted offstage following the shooting and called him an "American bad a--."
"I’m on a plane right now flying to Italy and my phone has been blowing up with text messages from people informing me @realdonaldtrump was shot," White wrote on Instagram Saturday. "I am absolutely SICK to my stomach and in complete shock. I still don’t know how bad it is or if he’s ok. But @mickmaynard2 just sent me this picture and I’m praying President Trump is 100% healthy.
"This image perfectly reflects EXACTLY the man I know Donald Trump to be. He is the toughest, most resilient, AMERICAN BAD A-- on this planet. I hope the weak coward that shot him gets what he deserves, and I can’t WAIT to stand up on stage with him on Thursday and introduce him at the Republican National Convention and tell the WORLD exactly the character of the friend and man I KNOW!!"
The would-be assassin was identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks and a federal investigation was launched in the hours after the shooting.
This is an excerpt of an article by Fox News' Ryan Gaydos
I see where White is coming from especially from his arena, but this was only the Providence and Protective hand of God that spared Trump's life and the country from one of the would-be most visceral moments in our history, and certainly of the Television and Information Age. That said, Trump seems to have an indomitable spirit and I think listening to him in the aftermath that he definitely has a sense that God protected and spared him. It's also kind a message to us that any one of us can be an eyelash away from catastrophe at at any given time.

JFC Biden in trying to explain his bullseye remark away says he has never engaged in hateful rhetoric. The gloves are back off *******. Would have a commercial on tonight with all his hateful **** and wanting to take Trump behind the woodshed and all his other hate speech. What a lying sack of ****.

Neither side is innocent of inflammatory, divisive rhetoric. Hell politics have always been divisive, that’s not gonna change.
The biggest difference is the right sees Biden as a doddering old fool who needs to retire and the left sees Trump as the anti-Christ. The right thinks the left’s policies are wrong and bad for the country, the left thinks the right is evil. One of those views is more violence inciting, yes? The rage and hatred towards Trump personally is unprecedented.
As Bongino has said, "The Right thinks the Left are people with bad ideas. The Left thinks the Right are bad people with ideas

The governor of NY said as much when she was begging wealthy businessmen not to leave the state.

Now a debate between Kamala and Vance. I love when Kamala displays her wit.
Do debates have a mercy rule like high school football?

"Make America Great Again."
That is what the left calls dangerous rhetoric.
Well yeah, because that word "Again" means going back to the good old days of white slave-owning European capitalists.

Was just reading that Crooks bought ammo and a ladder the morning of the shooting. He lived an hour away. How the hell would he know he would need a ladder? Or how tall of a ladder he would need? Or that he’d be able to get one onto the grounds of the venue? Something is really ****** about this.

Probably scoped it out ahead of time.
I'm also thinking he only registered as a Republican to get on the mailing lists.
My county GOP committee is having our annual picnic this Sunday. I'm not worried about a deranged Democrat taking a shot at us because, well, ya know, the thing.
