So D'Souza presents very specific evidence that vote-harvesters would visit non-profit organizations ("NGO's") at all hours and then drop off ballots - hundreds, probably thousands - in the wee hours of the morning at ballot collection boxes. Critics have offered three main rebuttals to the evidence D'Souza provides:
The second claim is true but ignores what D'Souza found. He tracked ONLY those cell phones that were at the ballot drop boxes TEN OR MORE TIMES, and only for those who VISITED A VOTING NGO AT LEAST FIVE TIMES. So how many family members do these 2000 people have that they made 10 more or more visits to the ballot collection boxes? This is a sterling example of the logical fallacy known as "invincible ignorance," where you simply deny adverse evidence and refuse to change your views.
The third claim about the lack of direct evidence of payment is true. I accept that. But this evidence merits a criminal investigation to see if we can get the evidence of payment - which is certain to happen for crying out loud. Why else would the people stuffing, uhh, "dropping off" ballots be taking selfies proving they had done so?? So use the cell phone data to find out who owns those phones, call them in, get their explanations as to why they made 10 or more stops at ballot collection boxes, often in the middle of the night.
That's how we investigate crimes. And make no mistake, the 2020 election was one big giant bag of crimes.
- The cellphone tracking data shows locations only to within a hundred feet or so, not an exact location, so the person could have been stopping at a nearby bus stop or ice cream stand and not the ballot collection box, for example.
- The evidence does not tie the cell phone owners to illegal ballots since people may legally drop off ballots for family members.
- The documentary fails to show that the mules were paid for bringing the votes to the ballot collection boxes (illegal in every state), other than one anonymous statement from a vote-gatherer in Arizona.

The biggest and obviously most important question is what's going to be done? The answer, sadly, nothing IMO.
You have private citizens like Dinesh D'Souza, James O'Keefe, Amanda Milius, Mike Lindell & Elon Musk trying to keep our government transparent. That's the whole problem.
Like the one person said in the documentary, it's like the Mafia. Thing is, the old Mafias of this country actually had a code of ethics. I'm not condoning them, just stating a fact.

We saw with our own eyes what was happening the whole time leading up to and on election night. When everybody in power & the propaganda mouthpiece has to tell us it was the "most secure election in history", something's amiss. It's great that another private citizen took it upon himself to help expose it, but when our own government not only fails to do anything, but also engineers it to happen, we're screwed. As Ogre said, until a mass uprising of the people starts (I don't know what else can be done), we have to suck on it.
