Steelers-Bills Postponed to Monday

Read an article that said even if Buffalo’s stadium was a dome, the NFL still would have moved the game. Don’t know if that’s true, but it says to me they want fans there to spend money.
The roads are buried in a foot of snow and it is whiteout conditions this morning. It’s true.

Society has luxuries we take for granted now. As much as we say to toughen up etc. The current generation doesn’t deal with it
I remember as a little kid helping my dad put tire chains on the car in the snow. No one had front wheel drive, four wheel drive, radial tires.
That said, I lived briefly in Upstate NY and in my 4wd truck traction wasn’t usually a problem, the problem is in a lake effect snowstorm you can’t flippin’ see the road. Yinzers have no clue how bad it gets.
Here’s where I used to live:

Would you really want to watch a game played in a blizzard? That would be some crummy football. We aren’t just talking about snow. We are talking 2-3 feet of snow. They would be stopping the game to clear the field every 10 minutes. I think some people don’t realize just how much snow that is.

Worst I’ve ever experienced is 37 inches in about a 16 hour period in Watertown, NY in February of 2020. All I had to do was keep the driveway clean, the back deck and a spot in the yard for my little dogs. Couldn’t imagine playing football in that or trying to keep a stadium cleared for football.

I just think it would be a ****** game to watch.
Me and you lived in Watertown, we get it.

So now apparently there is talk that they are considering moving the game to Tuesday now?

Here is a live Twitter feed minutes ago.....sure as hell looks like this game could have been played today!

Yeah. I wouldn’t want to be traveling in that. Football can wait another day at that point.

That is not happening today.

The "experts" scared the hell out of everyone, including themselves, and simply have been wrong again in their prediction.

Sad, bordering on pathetic.

Interesting discussion on whether being the home team or road team on Countdown. Rex Ryan thinks it benefits the home team because they're at home right now. Randy Moss says it helps the road team because they're not stuck at home with distractions and can be at the team facility.

Yeah it’s a youtube upload from 2019.

I don’t live there. So it doesn’t affect me other than I can’t watch footbaw

The camera and production crew would've had their work cut out for them today.
