Steelers-Bills Postponed to Monday

Move the game to Phoenix. Little chance of snow there.

Read an article that said even if Buffalo’s stadium was a dome, the NFL still would have moved the game. Don’t know if that’s true, but it says to me they want fans there to spend money.

Yep Sarge. As someone who has worked outside all my working life in absolute glorious and absolute horrible **** weather,I couldn’t agree more. People bitching last week because raindrops hit the tv camera in a torrential downpour and wind all game. I just shook my head every time I read that type of BS. Instead of giving the guys working in those conditions,including the players tremendous credit,the self righteous crap is something else. sure would be quite interesting to see some of the whiners work with me over the winter. Quite interesting.
Go look at the webcam images inside the Bills stadium. Absolute whiteout.
 
If they do move the game to Tuesday, they would have to move next weeks game to Monday to give the winning team a somewhat fair shot to recover. Just play the darn game.
 
They're not moving it to Tuesday. They'll play it in an empty stadium tomorrow if they have to.

One of these times they will be correct, but it does not seem like its that bad 4 hours before scheduled kickoff
 
The governor just stated that the game will be played tomorrow regardless of weather conditions but there is going to be a 3 layer insulated underwear mandate in place. Not the old time underwear. Thinsulate only. Additional security guards have been hired and instructed to check the number of layers. Hats with flaps are also mandatory.

A photo of proper attire to be worn at the game was also posted.

I really don't know what to make of it. There was guy at Chiefs game they showed him shirt off like three times. Now unless he had a full jacket and **** on and then took it off and on for camera.....you wouldn't make it here 5 ****** minutes. Yesterday my jacket made sounds when I moved and I drove blocks before my wheels moved properly.

I think the wind conditions were pretty intense, but the snow accumulation was far less than expected.
From what I can tell, less than a foot, but I could be wrong. Per the Weather Channel:

If the STEELERS win, it would be a Saturday game. That would be easy as that 3 games in 14 day stint they did a couple years ago. ADD in the two Thursday night games……….. conditioned and ready !!!!

I saw a forecast for tomorrow with sleet. The other thing they are saying right now is the Steelers plane was supposed to fly in today and there is little chance of that happening. That is why many are saying the game will be on Tuesday. I sure hope not.
