I applaud him on his self restraint. I know it(not whining) doesnt come naturally to him.
 
I'm waiting for the report detailing how Archer's four limbs simultaneously exploded off of his body the first time somebody hit him today. They probably want to notify his next of kin before releasing a statement.

that's it. he's a bust. he was so far out of the play that even TIMMONS was able to bring him down. and when Timmons brings you down, you have ZERO role in the NFL.

I just posted Browns tweet for those that thought Archer would self-combust upon contact with a real NFL linebacker ... it appears he took the lick and kept on tickin; test passed.

Archer obviously ran the wrong assignment and was way off course when he met up with Timmons, who was completely out of position on the play and accidentally tackled him. If it was any player other than Timmons he would have been OBLITERATED! Because Timmons was selected to high in the draft, therefore the quotient of injuries caused by one of his hits is significantly reduced, so that doesn't really count.

Well it appears he survived, and held on to the ball. Lets hope all the negativity on this somewhat unusual choice has the effect of making him prove everyone wrong. I hope he turns out to be as tough as two other guys that played for Kent state. Not counting on it but I am hoping.

My sentiments exactly. So many here complaining, but I'm hoping for him to prove them wrong. Have a little faith. There was a post here, awhile back. It was the poster hoping for ARCHER to fumble, so he could see this board light up. Why not root for the guy, on the Pittsburgh Steelers Team? Some want him to fail so they can be right, not realizing a failure, means our team will suffer.

No, nothing has been figured out it was a comment on the discussion at hand and on some development that is new. Contact has not been made or reported on till now. I suppose you might want to ask Timmons why it took 120 pages to hit him next.

Don't let em mess with yaz!!! Your football knowledge is very strong, stronger than a lot who post here. Some may not like what you say, or the delivery of what you say, but it takes us all to make a good message board. Pro or con, I encourage both as that is what keeps it interesting. Football wise!!
