Steelers VS Dolphins game thread

There are plenty of HOF QB’s that had horrible rookie years. We’ll know next year if Pickett is the guy.

Pickett starts his NFL with:

2 TD
7 INT

That's ugly.

Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;
The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light.
And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout.

...but there is no joy in Pittsburgh—mighty Kenny has struck out. ☹️

All of you giving Kenny grief just wait. He will be ok. Go look at Mannings first year.
Pickett isn't Peyton Manning. He may be good down the line, but those two INTs were terrible throws. He's going to get criticized for passes like that.

This game is on Pickett. 2 costly turnovers at the end.

I still think KP is going to be the real deal. For those who don’t see it, go check out Peyton Mannings rookie games.

Give him a decent OC and let’s see what happens.

Ugly throws by Pickett on those last two interceptions. No excuses. Yes, Canada sucks, agreed, but jeez, Kenny - you throw it right to a defender two drives in a row?

And a Miami team with 1 interception this season picks you off four - FOUR! - times?

Everyone praises Tua, but he could have had a 3 maybe 4 pick night tonight....Kenny will get better. He may not be the second coming of Joe Montana but he'll be good enough.

He made plenty of great plays. The offense smells like ***. He shouldn't be in these games. Hopefully he doesn't get over whelmed and they get competent people to help him next year. But that doesn't seem likely. This is a mess.

Dang you guys are rough. I thought he played well tonight. He’s a rookie and is going to make rookie mistakes.
It's fair to say a guy isn't ready to start when he has 2 TDs and 7 INTs. What's your end game this season, give Pickett experience and take the results as they come or try for a middling record with Trubisky or Rudolph?
