Looks like 13 was the big number of the game. Renfrow #13 scores the first points of the game for LV. Score at the half was LV 10 Pitt 3=13. Steelers take the lead and looks like will win with 13 points. Renfrow #13 was the target on the play that sealed the game with the interception by Sutton. Franco was the 13th pick of the 1972 draft...

Let’s get some help this off season on the OL, a badly needed slot receiver and a legit NFL OC and this offense will be just fine.
Kenny will grow and get better, trust me on this one.
And please, please find a way to incorporate Connor Hayward into this offense. Can he be our future second TE or even possibly a slot guy.
The kids a football player and has made a few big plays this year. Work him in.
Defense, let’s get a nasty DL, an ILB, and a CB please.

No doubt… the half dozen great calls don’t wipe out the dozens of telegraphed bullshit and scared calls when deep in their zone

He had been showing it all night, but never ran it. Canada had them right where he wanted them...LOL said no one.

If you think about though, the plays that he is calling would definitely rub and allow enough space to open multiple receivers IF the defense plays man coverage.

it's stupid and it's shocking but...

like recall the 4 go routes? If that's man coverage (instead of brackets) then KP hoists a bombs away to one of those guys.

Yeah and so did Tua and Hurts. The NFL level of defense makes college look like First Grade.

Priority number one has got to be a coach.

i mean it wont matter who they draft. Pickett, Pickens, Muth, Najee... whoever: they're still gonna suck if the coaches cannot get better.

I keep saying that if we had an innovative staff, Heyward would be a star utility player… he can run catch and block… they are preoccupied with his lack of size for a te and ignore his outstanding leverage and timing… he could be a great hback

I have no idea if you were referring to me with this comment. I have been on the Kenny side of the fence all year. And of course I know he’s a rookie. And I would not replace him with Mitch. ( though I bet Mitch might have put up 12 points too) Just because someone makes a simple observation on the negative side of Kenny ‘s play doesn’t mean he doesn’t cheer him on. I just get a little defensive when everyone thinks it’s alwaYes the OLine,it’s always Canada etc..
I think the OLine has given Kenny lots of time....many times. You don’t. We agree to disagree.
Kenny made many lousy throws tonight....that’s on Kenny.
It’s the last drive that gives me hope,of course. And all this doesn’t mean I’m being negative. They are simple observations during the game. It’s a Forum.

He struggled some but not as much as the veteran Carr. Carr had a lot more bad throws and interceptions. And, as you said, KP came up big for the 76 yard game-winning drive.

Agreed it was as ugly as a 2 am quick pick woman at the bar but I will take it. If they can get some schematics that get better looks inside the 20 they could have something. That or the 80 yard field I suggested.

I guess that means Kenny can still grow into a good, maybe even very good NFL QB. NFL defenses are just diabolical. Combine that with ridiculous high school/college plays from our ace offensive coordinator and KP has been hamstrung all season. Hopefully he will get some competent coaching next season.

dont know if any of you on here saw that story about the Raiders Villapiano and his friendship with Franco over the years and how he reached out to Franco's son, but it was a special piece. And tonight was a special night with #32 looking down on the whole thing.

The problem is we aren't becoming any type of AFC threat under Tomlin. Not ever. He is NOT the guy on every level. We can hire new coordinators every season, but if we don't deal with the primary issue, we aren't going anywhere. Imagine if the dude didn't inherit a team that took him to the SB. Imagine if he didn't have a HOF QB for his first 15 years. That's the reality we're facing now. Time for Rooney to make some decisions that really aren't all that tough if you're just looking at the man's decade and a half body of work.
